Our favorite stop in Utah, hands down! Thunderbird Cafe never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing every single time.
The blackened chicken Alfredo is our go-to — we always add bacon, and it’s absolutely incredible. It was so good that before our vacation was even over, we went back again and made sure to take an extra plate home with us.
If you’re anywhere nearby, this place is a must-stop!

Such an amazing place! The atmosphere created by a wonderful and hilarious waiter is precious. Food was great - ribs and salad were delicious, portions really big. We also got a warm loaf of bread with butter at the beginning. I also recommend grabbing a pint of Polygamy Porter since it was a nicely brewed beer.

I’m sitting at the booth waiting for our server Lloyd to ask what dessert we’d like to eat and I’m in awe, to the point where I had to write this review now instead of later. Please let the picture speak for itself, the fork was almost eaten and I’m buying a shirt before I leave. Thank you, Lloyd and thank you, Thunderbird!
Edit: I’m back to say that my friends and I are enjoying the Coconut Cream Pie and would add 5 more stars per person if we could. Still planning on getting the shirt.
Breakfast
Omelette was good. Hot fresh
Hash browns meh. Not hot. Maybe frozen?
Lovely staff!

This place was the best random pit stop on our way to Bryce. Food was delicious and what made it even better was our waitress Jersey. Yes, she is from Jersey and as us being from Boston made us feel right at home! Her energy and spark brighten our day. If you are in the area, this place is a must stop!

My husband and I drove by this restaurant on our way to Arizona, and we were pleasantly surprised by how professional, courteous, inviting this restaurant was. The atmosphere was incredible. The staff and management team were top-tier. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner and he appeared so sweet and humble. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I will make a point to go back just to experience it again. The breakfast food was incredible. My husband and I have not had a meal like that in many many years. The price compared to the quantity of food and quality was unmatched. Our entire experience was amazing
