Don't you just love when people are nice that the window and they just hand you your food or say can you pull forward to lane number one without even greeting you or saying hello.
It's all about the rush these days! Who cares if someone says hello or not or they could say
"Hi thank you for coming in today, could you please pull forward to lane number one and we'll have your food out as soon as possible for you!"

I love Arby's, but this location seems to get it wrong, every time I come in they make me wait for over 10+min (because stuff is in the frier) and when I get finally my food somehow is stale or soggy, and the customer service sucks as well... you guys can do better I won't be coming back any time soon. Food is always what I expect but their carpets are soooooo sticky by the drink machines. They have been like this for months which makes me wonder if they are properly cleaning them?

Missing my curly fries and my roast beef sandwich had no bun just meat in a box ridiculous
Really disappointed after our last visit. Usually the food is so much better but it was awful this time, and we bought almost $50 worth. Our chicken sandwiches were absolutely dripping with mayonnaise, the buns were soggy with it. The tomato slices were paper thin and soggy as well. They forgot our sauces so we ate all the roast beef sandwiches dry. The two large fries were SO stale and gross. So frustrating and disappointing for a family on the go with no time to go back and fix it.
