The staff has been great and it’s evident in the retention, it also speaks to the fact that B&B is a good company to work for.I’m a crumby regular as I don’t consistently order the same thing every time. The barista made me a small when I ordered a medium and left out my extra shot of espresso that was like an extra $1.50. None of the other beans and brews have ever done any of those things. She was also unfriendly at the end. The older lady was friendly and made my sandwich correctly. There’s also not a drive thru.

Kaden is the best! I was feeling indecisive and he could tell. He whipped me up a special recipe and it was delicious. The lavender soft top was…chef’s kiss! Attn management: Kaden needs a fat raise!

Negative star. Just 1 negative star. Stood in the busy ass Fucking airport for like 15 minutes. The cashier had 0 personality and barley spoke up which is understandable considering how busy it was. We ordered a large hot mocha and a medium Carmel frap. I received a large black coffee and a small mocha frap. It is what it is but I ain't comin back

I really enjoy this place, you can't go wrong; with plenty of delicious flavors the drinks are killer and they make 'em strong. And although the staff didn't know how to make some of the pastries they were so kind, they are 5 star all the way!

I absolutely love the crew that works at this location!!! I have been a customer of Beans and Brews since they first came to Utah. I have experienced a lot of Bean's employees who haven't been exactly pleasant to deal with.I can say without a doubt that the crew that is working there now are all amazing!!
