I ordered a 20 oz latte and received a 12 oz latte. I am on my way home so i do not want to wait for someone to fix the order. When I get home I discover that it is just steamed milk, there is no coffee at all in my latte! this happened at 4:00 PM there was no line at the window and the coffee shop was empty. I just aid $6 for 12 oz of steamed milk! Awesome!

The two kids working there today were all but extremely rude. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, an order of the churros with sauce and a medium mocha. He didn’t get the bagel right (wrong flavor), then huffing through the whole ringing up process, did not charge me or give me the extra cream cheese I asked for at time of paying. Basically looked like it was a chore to be standing at counter. Very pissy. Got my bagel and said thanks. Did not give me rest of order. Then got the churros, I get in car and no caramel sauce. Really 3 things on the menu and they got the drink right.

Normally I have no issues with beans and brews but this location is really struggling. The kid who took my order tried to give me a completely different drink and convince it was the drink I ordered....even though it was iced not blended. He then had to get another associate to make the drink and it took about 15 minutes for the one drink.

I love Beans & Brews so I wish I could give a better review for this store. This one is close to my work so it’s convenient, but half the times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten the wrong order. One of those times, I ordered a 16oz hot latte and got a 12oz once back. I let the worker know and she remade it but seemed angry about it. I then received a 16oz latte with cold milk in a hot cup. I didn’t want to bug them anymore so I went about my day. Overall, the drinks and food taste fine when they’re correct, but I wish the service was a lot better.

Do not get coffee here under any circumstances. They gave me the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever had, practically yelled at me when I asked for a new one, and got more irate when I asked for a refund instead because I just didn’t trust them to make me a new coffee. Got my refund but they didn’t refund the tip I gave them. Worst Beans and Brews in the salt lake valley.

Usually delicious, but this frozen lemonade is not very flavorfull at all?
So Idk if they were running out of the flavor or if this is how it's supposed to be, if there was no blended ice i'd absolutely be returning it.
My pumpkin coffee cake on the other hand is delicious!

worst B&B in utah by far. drinks always wrong, run by teenagers, and horrible customer service.
most recent trip took almost 15 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone walked out of the back to help.

I frequently this location often as it is next to my office and convenient. However that last couple times I have been, they are just not on top of it. They give out the wrong food and drinks and do not make changes requested to the food. The receipts reflect the correct order and I am charged for add on or changes. but the items that actually come out are incorrect. It doesn’t feel great being charged for something that you are not receiving. (Example - ordered a bacon egg and cheddar croissant and got sausage and egg and ordered a turkey pesto panini and added avocado and did not receive the avocado I was charged for and it was missing the cheese). All of this on top of the 15 minute wait in the drive thru just to receive the wrong items. Mistakes happen and once or twice wouldn’t be a problem but three times in a row makes you not want to go back. I don’t know what is happening lately but it seems like they just aren’t paying attention.
I think I will skip the headache and head to the nearby Starbucks from now on.
