I go to beans and brews everyday but I go to the one on state street. Every time I come to this one I always have a bad experience. This place always mess up my order ! My food always comes out burnt or hard and I can’t eat my food. My coffee cup is always sticky and have whip cream all over on the outside. I always get my drink with whip cream only filled half way in the dome lid. I love B&B. Can you please have your staff work on these things. Because I would love to keep coming here. Since I show at Walmart across the street.

I continually have a very negative experience every time I go to a beans and brews. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. Beans and brews is the absolute worst coffee shop I have ever been to when trying to simply pay. I'm not kidding when I say EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go there is an issue. Weather it's thru payment or getting my order wrong. This morning I go thru the drive thru and order my total was $8. I gave her the 5 dollar promo on my app first then i want to use my 5 dollar gift card to pay for the rest. The blonde lady with glasses at the drive thru said i cant because i can only scan one or the other, not both. I said why not? The gift card is cash and then im using a promo for money off. I dont understand the problem? She said she can't. I said why not? She said it won't scan. It doesnt work. We accept cash and card. I said okay I'm giving you a payment thru a vaild gift card. She just looks at me and said i already told you, no. And refused to take the payment. I had no other way of paying since I intended to use a completely valid form of payment. I didnt get any alternatives for this from a manager coming to speak to me or anything. No breakfast or coffee, rude interaction with any employee and no atempt to help me. Not only is this so absolutely ridiculous on so many levels but it was my last time ever attempting to go here or any other Beans and brews. I'm so done with this stupid company. I've had so many bad interactions with their employees and service. I can't believe I was treated that way over trying to pay for my items. Ridiculous. I went across the street and got amazing service and coffee from dutch bros instead.

One of the baristas boyfriends tried and wants to fight me for talking to "what's his" apparently his girlfriend who works there. He has a small ego and killed the vibes here for me. Good luck to any friendly person who goes here. I'll never come back to this location. Plenty other coffee shops to choice from.

Walked to get coffee and breakfast before 750am with my dog. She stayed outside while I ordered and I told the girl I’d be outside with my dog. They left my toasted bagel and latte sitting in the counter for who knows how long but my bagel wasn’t warm anymore they couldn’t even run quickly to the door and poke their head out to tell me my order was ready. Gee thanks girls, they were busy was the excuse. Honestly you weren’t that busy.
Love the coffee shop! It was my first time in. The atmosphere is great! They have booth tables too! I bought a cute hat, an energy drink, Avocado Toast, & egg bites. Plus I can earn points for discounts in the future. Would recommend.

The company used to "brew" donations for local non-profits. Do they still do that? Owned by a wealthy Utah family. Don't know much about them.
