I’m lactose intolerant, pay for coconut milk and have to toss my drink half the time as it’s made incorrectly. I also pay for extra white chocolate. Total waste of money and time. Worst location in Salt Lake.

Every time I come here it's messy and gross and the wifi never works. Then if I ask to have a table cleaned I'm looked at like I'm the problem. They cleaned it, then just left the rest of the place dirty. If I ask about the wifi they never know why or what's going on.

due to some minor miscommunication on my end I ended up only being charged for one drink even though I meant to order 2, the employees were so nice and polite about it though and didn’t make it a big deal at all. While I would've loved to pay for both, they insisted on making the second one free of charge! This is the best Beans n Brews in my city! Would definitely come again ?

I don’t want to have to ask to go to the bathroom like I’m back in grade school, please stop requiring people to bother your staff for the key to a bathroom with no toilet paper. Also not many outlets and the coffee isn’t very good but at least it’s cheaper than

Worst beans there is. Closest one to me, never add the flavoring I ask for or the whip cream. Have to ask them to add it EVeRY time. Unfortunately you tip before you get the order. They don't care.

Went here on a Monday morning and got a medium cold brew black which came out to around 5 buck . After arriving to the window a girl takes my card and then gives me my drink and says i'm all good ( doesn't give me the the receipt on the clipboard to add a tip ) I left feeling suspicious. Turns out she wrote in an $8 tip . I will never be returning to this place again i don't trust the workers .

The beauty of Beans & Brew is the atmosphere and amenities, like free Wi-Fi.The coffee and pastry selections are excellent as well.There usually seats available and in the summer there's outside seating as well.Love the place.Parking: Always available spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly.
