I stopped in on 11/09 for my first time, I was met by an employee who didn't say a word to me even after saying hello how's it going? Before another employee named Karma came and took over and completely changed my experience from a negative one to a positive one, since it was my first time visiting a beans and brews I wasn't super familiar with the menu and she was polite and patient with me explaining the different options and even giving me recommendations on drinks that she likes, 10/10 would come again just for the customer service I received, not to mention the drink was delicious as well!

Everytime I come here I get met with the most blunt attitude ever. Seriously, I think I'm going to stop coming here. The man that works here is great, he's hilarious. But the girls? It gives me second hand embarrassment so bad I hate to even think about coming here. Yall, take the extra 2 min drive and go somewhere local like Bjorns.

My sister got coffee and food from here, the one time I didn’t go with her. She met the most rude associate, she’s pale with black hair and bright eyes with pig tails today at 12pm. My sister works customer service and is actually really nice. But this person was very rude, even having two male associates that were nice from the window. Compared to her, I love coming to this location and have never had a problem. Food is great and so is the service until her. I get things are frustrating but there’s no reason to be so rude to the next customer who tried to speak louder and answer their question when it’s their first time. Again I love this location, service and food just not this one person who literally changes their whole demeanor when facing a customer compared to their other coworkers. I’m not a Karen at all, I don’t do these type of negative reviews ever. But this one associate needs an attitude adjustment, otherwise I love this place, especially the morning staff around 9am.

I ordered a breve pumpkin latte, and they couldn't understand my order when it's on their menu. I had to repeat it twice. when I got to the pick-up lane, they made it with regular milk. The baristas were confused about who was making the coffee. I was given my coffee, the drink was not stirred, sauce just sitting at the bottom and super watered down. Needless to say, I will not be returning. $6 for a small is not worth it.

They urgently need to review the staff who were working today at 9:30 AM, Monday, July 29. They had the worst attitude and were racist. Despite our perfect pronunciation, they made us feel like we "didn't know how to speak" and intentionally prepared our order incorrectly. Their service attitude was terrible.

Paid for a sandwich and coffee. Received the coffee and sat down to work. After 30 minutes I still had no sandwich so I asked for a refund. I was immediately given that refund. Also for the coffee.
