This is to whoever was working on December 11th around 3pm on the drive thru. I ordered 2 things a kids chicken quesadilla and a basic cheese quesadilla. Why did I end up with a pork quesadilla after asking me what meat I wanted 3 times and those 3 times I said chicken. This isn’t the first time my
Order was wrong. I understand it’s hard and stressful but how are you gonna ask me 3 times and you still get it wrong. Not to mention my meal came with rice and no silverware, was I suppose to just lick it up with my tongue? Why are the basic things being ignored no napkins no silverware. Cmon guys it’s in your job description why is the bare minimum not even being met.

Antonio was incredible. Truly went above and beyond with my order and broke everything down for me in my order item by item to ensure that everything was perfect. Truly incredible customer service never seen it before in fast food, whatever he's doing I'd like to see more of it. Left me a message after I left to ensure I had an incredible experience. I'd love to see more of what Antonio is doing in the food industry.

Walked in to this location and the workers seemed really rushed. After about 5 minutes of waiting, we were told they were closing in 20 minutes (even though it was only 5:40 PM) and that what was out was all they had. Only afterward did we notice a small sign on the door saying they were closing early for a party. The staff was nice and the food we got as good, but it felt like the store was already closed and we were an inconvenience, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing.

While I did have to wait longer than originally expected, the man I assume was the manager came out and apologized and gave me a few drink and dessert. Overall was pleased in the end. Have come to this location a few times and is still worth the little extra drive to skip going to the one closer to home.

Antonio is fabulous! He always checks our order, item by item to make sure we got everything we ordered. This is so great! Antonio keeps us coming back week after week.

Website is garbage and not worth ordering. Saved some time and hit up costa vida, they allow web orders with out any issues, plus the food tasted wayyyy better over there! And it cost like $7 less for basically the EXACT same food. My brother tried the same thing, and it didn’t work either, so not a device issue. Save yourself the trouble and find better options elsewhere.

Today I placed a large order. I was a little embarrassed because I wasn't sure if they'd mind such a large order, but the manager, David, treated me very well. I would come back a thousand times over. Thank you, team!

The was our first time at this location, and we ordered our usual salads with an extra scoop of pico de gallo. When we checked out, they charged us TWELVE DOLLARS for less than 4 oz of Pico. We have never been charged for an extra scoop of Pico, and they didn't ask us to approve the extra charge at the time we asked for it. Sorry Cafe Rio, but there's no way your salad is worth $18. We definitely will not go back to this store. Buyer beware!

Also, warning: the store was FREEZING cold! It was warmer outside in late October.

Best location around! Staff are always very attentive and orders are always accurate. Antonio was so nice and made sure to check in with everyone who was waiting for pick up orders which is very appreciated!!

Worst location ever. Ordered online went inside 3 people working. One person made 1/2 my order then proceeded to do other stuff. 4 mangers sitting there in a meeting not acknowledging what is going on around them. No one else waiting . 15 min later I get my food. Missing beans and all the garnishments and cold. One kid offered me a free drink because he saw what was going on. It was ridiculous, the kid making the food just kept going back and forth not finishing the order, not sure what he was doing but changed his gloves 3 times. It would have been faster if I just walked through the line where there was no one. This location needs better employees.

My order was wrong! This was a delivery order and I only received half of my order.

Ordered food to go that was supposed to be ready at 5:40PM. This was good for me because I had to go pick up another to go order from another restaurant. I walked into a nearly empty restaurant and 5 minutes behind schedule, still no order. 35 minutes later was the order ready! It wasn't like they were slammed with incoming costumers, literally 4 Togo orders on the screen and nobody walking up to order.

They took so long my other food was already cold... slowest Cafe Rio in the state. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
