Surprised to find this gem. The fried chicken with spicy sauce was crisp and juicy to perfection. Tempura was delicious. Sushi rolls and gyoza were great. The Kalbi was tender and full of flavor and the side dishes that accompanied it was a perfect combination.

I love coming here! I first came here 6 or 7 years ago, and loved it! Now I come back every time I’m in the salt lake area. I haven’t found as good of a sushi spot in any other state I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

Comes with unlimited classic banchan, fluffy rice, and the coziest Japanese-style booths. Super affordable, family-run vibe, always playing K-pop on big screens. Easily one of the best Korean spots in Utah!

This place has some of the best Korean food in Utah. They have great sushi rolls too. They stayed open to let us finish our food and the service was PERFECT. Super nice and kind people. 10/10 recommend!!!

Hwa is so delicious and clearly run with passion. The japchae and spicy pork or beef bulgogi are unbelievably juicy and filling. I absolutely recommend trying Hwa!

I just tried this place last night and I'm really glad! I tried the Potstickers and the Bibimbap. The potstickers were very crispy and flavorful. They tasted delicious with our without the dipping sauce. The Bibimbap was also delicious. I will definitely be back.

Food was excellent and service was so good. I went with a group of 8, Some more picky than others, and everyone absolutely loved their food! Would definitely recommend.

This is a hidden Gem. Don’t let the humble setting fool you. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. Keep in mind that this is a small operation. But it is quiet, clean, and rarely very crowded.

Ordered take out online 4 hrs before pickup.. Got wrong food, less
value dishes.
Very hard to get corrected while on phone with restaurant. No apologies or
anything for the mess up.
40 min turnaround to get corrected.
Fried / Kimchi rice is awful. Frozen veggies mixed with rice. My 10 yr old does better.

I guess honestly just avoid.

Just came back after 50 minutes.
Still did not receive the order as requested online with 4 hr notice.

Excellent sushi 🍣 rolls in an excellent location. Just off of the freeway and easy to get to from anywhere in the central SLC valley. You can even get Korean Bulgogi and other HanGook dishes with your Nippon food! Something for everyone!
