Make sure to check your burgers after you order. Got the wrong burger, couldn’t go back to fix it cause I have a short window for a break. Asked for extra tomatoes and light onions on my cheese star. I got extra lettuce and light onions without tomatoes and no cheese on it.

The store was immaculately clean and the manager was awesome. We got there just before the dining room closed and unfortunately I was a few bucks short but he covered me out of his own pocket. Great guy.

i ordered pickup and when i got home it was missing a zucchini star and when i called no one answered so i just ordered another one for delivery and after waiting 40 minutes the order came with no zucchini star and instead a frozen lemonade. no contact from anyone no refund i have now been calling for close to an hour with no answer and i’m going to go complain on the website

The French fries tasted like dirt, the soda was flat, the cheese on my big Carl burger was not even melted at all. The only reason atmosphere got a 5, was because there was only 1 other person in the place. I have definitely had better from here. Tonight was awful!
