I'd give a higher rating, but they forgot part of our order. Paid for a chicken sandwich and fries, and did not get it in the bag. Found out after driving home.

Not bad, the fries were a little salty and the grilled chicken sandwich tastes unseasoned so I had to put sauce in it cause of how the flavor was so underwhelming. At least the workers are kind and the place is clean. The cooking needs some work though. Make the chicken more flavorful and the fries less salty next time before I have a stroke. Not worth the $10 for just a sandwich and fries.

There was a worker there that was absolutely amazing. His name was will Taylor. He was am absolute stud. Everyone can tell he’s the guy. Everybody can see his handsome face and the joy it brings to the work place and the environment. You gotta love it!!!! We Love Will. He is the best. The other workers were really bad like Valeria she was a terrible worker but will was fabulous. Valeria kept ignoring me and was not happy to be there at all. But I still gave you a 5 star because of will!!!7

Don't bother filling out the surveys. It takes time to complete, so the free sandwich you get for doing it is well-earned. For unclear reasons I didn't get the reward the last three I did. My guess I am not the only one getting suckered into this. It happened twice in Murray and once in Taylorsville location. Don't do the surveys.

Drive thru lady had a horrible attitude. Pulled up and no one was in front of us, she was by the drive thru menu, so i said i will pull up here a bit further to see the menu and drove up a bit, to which she mouthed off under her breath “okay keep driving and do whatever the hell you want even tho im right here”… like excuse me? Very unprofessional

Normally, going to a cfa shouldn't be stressful or annoying, but this trip was anything but. After sitting in line to the drive thru, which was expected to be bad. My order was not taken. I was actually skipped, and upon reaching the window, the staff was also surprised to learn i was skipped.
They attempted to correct their mistake but only to make the wait longer to the pointof holding up the line in the drive thru since I was told to wait at the end by the sign and not park since the drink was just about ready.

So then, eventually, an employee in the lot came over to ask what I needed and told her I was waiting on my drink from my order she then instructed me to park after apologizing...

The food was at least good, but I would personally avoid coming at peak busy hours on a Wednesday afternoon since it appears they CAN make this MISTAKE. At the very least, they tried to resolve this issue.

2 Drive through lines.
One car in one line, one car ahead of me v pulling into the other line. I picked the line with the car already there thinking it would be faster.
One guy takes the order
SIX employees outside working drive through.
Another car pulls into the other line.
An employee go and takes their order even though I was there before them.
Then another car pulls into the other line and the guy goes and takes their order.
The car in front of me is done ordering- I saw them pay and the employee and him are just talking.
Then another car pulls in the other line and they get to place their order too.
There are 3 other workers just standing there.
Someone comes to take my order.
The guy in front of me is still talking to the worker.
So then the line next to me gets another order placed- so now I’m 4 cars back from where I should have been.
I got my food and made the mistake of driving away before checking it and of course discovered for the 4th time this year (different stores) they gave me the wrong stuff.
Yay.
So when I went back and asked for the right stuff the guy who was going to get it stopped to take care of other stuff on his way.
Seriously!! I know that these are just kids- but if the management can’t see where these kids need to be instructed then I don’t know if I have the patience to go through this again.
