I love chick fa la but this location is horrible. Took forever to get my food when I got it was cold this also make me late to work. They don't offer a discount for first responders. You think they would because of the location.

Sometimes they are slow with the Uber Eats orders. In the PM seems like their priority is cleaning instead of pumping out the to go orders.

Stopped by this McDonalds and went through the Drive Thru as I was picking up someone from the dentist. Ordered two cheeseburgers, small fries and a small drink. Began eating as soon as I got them and the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers were luke warm. Food was thrown in trash, drink was the only thing decent. Will never return.

Atmosphere Wise it's your standard Chick-fil-A. The employees were fine they just didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. The food was delicious as always

Generally, I am satisfied with the service at this establishment. However, on the last four visits, my order has been prepared with the wrong cheese. While this is usually corrected quickly, today's experience was particularly frustrating.

When I requested the correct cheese, an employee attempted to assist me, but was told to charge me for the correct cheese, even after I explained that I had already paid for it. The employee tried to explain the situation to another worker, but they were dismissed and told they would have to charge me. The employee told me that no one was listening to him and that he couldn’t do anything. It took me flagging down another employee to finally get the right cheese.

I am concerned about the lack of support and the dismissive behavior towards the employee who initially tried to help me. This employee was unable to resolve the issue because no one would listen to him. I hope these issues will be addressed to ensure better service and support for both your customers and employees.

Now this was fun. Typically you go to chicken fil a and you know what you are getting. But this night. This location was a step above. Service faster than I have ever been served. Fries a little extra crispy. They were delightful and a fun surprise

I’ve gotten take out from this chick fil a numerous times now. For the last couple my order has been messed up. I tend to get the market salad without blue cheese due to having a major dietary issue. Numerous times I’ve received cheese on the salad. Now today I went again because I was craving it and I get no chicken on the salad. I get it can be busy there but it’s just dissatisfying and disappointing as I would expect the employees to check what they are putting in the bag.

My husband and I went through the drive up. Went to the park to eat. Noticed 1 regular sandwich was missing. Went inside and told the nice gentleman there. He brought me a bag. Had my sandwich and a cookie in there. That was a nice touch. Only service like that, is chick fila. Thank you.

RIP NIPSEY HUSSLE

So I got the completely wrong order not even the drink was correct. I didn’t have time to make it back before they closed so I tried to call the next day and was met with nothing but rude customer service and then they refused to reimburse me for my meal because I didn’t have the order number on hand. The most disrespectful and ridiculous Chick-fil-a in the state of Utah!

Worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to and surprisingly it’s do to service . I’ve been to this location several times. You can tell they don’t care about service at this location. They pay no attention to the dining hall, I waited at counter and no one acknowledged me to take my order so I had to place an online order and it takes for ever for the food even though it’s slow. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
