Good fast casual option. I like to really load up my burrito with all the toppings until they can barely wrap that thing! Quite a bit of food for what you are spending and the food is fresh and pretty yummy. Good option for take out at the park next door

I got the BurritoBowl. Generous serving, the crew was super nice and accomodating, clean and well maintained store. Everything tasted good and yummy. Sour cream though is a little bit watery but ok.

It was my first time going in a chipotle so I didn't know what was goin' on really. The person making my food and the cashier were really nice though! I was able to get through without issue~ And the burrito was real big. My stomache hurts and I still have more to eat ^-^

3rd time I’ve come in and they have turned me away because “they are already closed” even tho it’s 18 mins before when they actually close. They purposefully put everything away and shut down so they don’t have to serve anyone. I have worked at fast food before and actually worked as a server for 4-5 years. In my head, when the restaurant closes is when you clean… not 30 mins before the restaurant closes. In fact, we would take reservations for a 3 course meal all the way up to 5 mins before we close knowing full well that meant we’d be serving until 30mims to an hour after the restaurant closed.
Honestly, it reflects poorly on the management. Maybe they should change their hours to 11:30… maybe then they’d actually be open until 20-30 mins before 11pm.
The two times that I have been here earlier in the night and eaten, they have this aura like you’re the asshole for coming in and wanting food because now you’re the one making them Work.. or, ya know..do their jobs…

Ordered on the app. Picked up my order and started eating it only to find the rice was hard and not cooked or had been sitting all day long. No one answers the phone to give a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst chipotle ever. Manager, workers, everyone here has no sense of urgency or customer service.
Staff here were talking loudly enough for me to hear them making fun of the mobile order I had put in. Saying things like “that’s a weird order” and laughing.

I purchased a brisket burrito bowl. The employee seemed annoyed about having to be at work. I then noticed that the brisket tray was pretty much empty. I asked for brisket and she scraped the bottom of it, rather than offering a fresh badge of meat. I then wanted the grilled veggies and there were none. I asked if she had any available and she told me no. She stated that they were out of them, again she did not offer to get a new badge of them. I was the only customer and it was 2:53 pm on a Monday so there were no excuses of running out of food other that being lazy. I almost walked out but I did not want to cause a scene. I am very disappointed about the service I experienced today. I am a frequent customer 2 times a week. I for sure wont be coming back to the Chipotle in Murray.

Most inconsistent location in the valley. I used to work at the Best Buy right there and I would walk over to grab my food. Awful portions, awful management, and the area is not safe. I had a kid try to rob me outside this location, but I know how to deal with those situations. Chipotle was no help on catching the suspect either.

Smallest portions I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. I asked for extra rice since I don’t eat beans and the guy gave me maybe a half scoop, I asked for more and he gave me like a fifth of a scoop. Asked for cheese and lettuce and gave me so little I could count the individual pieces. Grumpy employee wouldn’t say anything and kept giving crusty looks.
