The manager on duty tonight was incredibly rude. Her name was either Cici or Stacy. We came into the restaurant to get the BOGO offer posted on the website and mutiple news outlets and were told that it ended at 8pm, which was not what was stated on any of the websites, including Chipotle's. The first server was very kind and apologetic (which is why I gave any stars) but the manager jumped into the conversation being very snappy, huffing, rolling her neck and saying she could show us what the message on her phone said, which no one asked. Mind you, it was 8:03 and we were in line before 8pm. When I acknowledged that she was being rude and had an attitude she just shrugged her shoulders and continued to be rude. With that type of customer service, I'm confused as to how she became a manager. After going back and forth about it, she recognized the BOGO offer for our meals but continued to have an attitude and made the bowl horribly compared to the other bowls made by the other servers. Worst chipotle bowl I've had and I eat here often. I'm glad there other locations nearby because I won't be coming to this one anymore.

Overall burrito score 4/10. Light on the rice & beans, protein portion was acceptable. Good quantities of salsas, light on the sour cream & cheese. The wrap was loose and leaking salsa. Employees were nice but did not seem excited to be there. Seating area and restrooms were clean.

I got halt spoon of meat. No every one but a especific employee (who seem to have some kind of leadership position) does it every time. I used love it but I'm not coming back.

I shut up at 11 o’clock to get a chipotle burrito and they were unable to make burritos because They didn’t turn their burrito machine on? Seems to be a huge oversight that prevents them from serving their staple dish.

Please recognize the employee taking orders and preparing them for customers. Her attentive and authentic service was a treat, and good for a few smiles.

Food portions have gotten very small. Barely a scoop of protein had to ask for more rice barely any was initially put in the bowl. All employees just looked angry and acted like it. I would find a different chipotle if you are absolutely craving it

The staff needs to be more friendly and if you buy a bowl with carnitas and the guacamole I got like 2 tablespoons of. I have went to other stores and the bowls look presentable but the Murray store give you like 1/2 of what you should get and when you spend almost 20.00 you want what you pay for. Will go to the other stores from now on where you feel welcome. The cashier needs to be trained to be courteous we the customers are helping to pay her salary

Bowl and burrito was 99% rice, very cheap on the meat. Guac came all brown and looked old not to mention they charge just as much as a whole bag of avocados for a tiny cup of it. The sauce I ordered was maybe 1/3 filled. Will not be coming here again.
