Never will I go to a chuck a Rama the Maria girl she is a manager well if that's the case they need to retrain their management and they wonder why there not busy during lunch like they use to be and there sales are down you might want to look at your managers and how they treat your guest I have been going there for over 20 years but guess what? Never Again Period I call corporate office and they still have not returned my call what some great service they can careless

I asked chakarama to give me a cash back. They said server will give me through money. It turns out they don't give cashback and put it as tip. Thanks to cashier not informing me I put 20 dollars tip for 30 dollars food. They are liars and I am so disappointed.

This place is a great place to have many kinds of parties, relatively cheap for what you get, amazing food and service, the atmosphere is also great. With a lively feeling and the strong aroma of wide varieties of great dishes to indulge in. I've been here many times and always enjoy another visit.

The worst meal of my life & I mean that. We go to Sizzler sometimes, it's always good, fresh, well stocked salad bar & great steaks. Here the beef was so tough you could not cut it let alone chew it. The turkey & stuffing were tasteless, there was a tiny piece of ham left, which I got a tinier piece of & it was the only thing I ate that had any flavor at all besides 1 ladel of tomato basil soup. The baked chicken was so crisp it was uncuttable & hard to chew, plus no flavor. We gave up. The salad bar was a mess, most things weren't filled & dressings were low or empty. It was Tuesday night at 6:30, so things should have been at least clean & food put out. It was Chinese night, orange chicken with zero flavor & tasteless rice. We thought the desserts might be good, but again, they were tasteless, no discernable flavor & sugary icing. The cream cheese icing on the carrot cake had crunchy sugar in it. All in all, it was a terrible experience & we will never be back. We only went because of all the glowing reviews, so now I'll venture to say they might be posting those themselves, because that was NOT the delicious, homestyle food we were expecting from the reviews. We actually left feeling sick. That place is for quantity not quality, really, really bad.
Well, I have to if you are on budget and want options. Chuck is the place to go.

This location has become my fav chuck a rama!! I love the inclusiveness of the food offerings to represent the diversity of the community and still have the good old American food selection. The apple beer, hot chocs, and horchata offerings made us all happy. This location offerrings are way better than the one I used to go. I will make the drive here for my chuck a rama fix.
