I don't like it! Your full name is printed large-ish on the receipt which you leave on the edge of the table in full view of anyone walking by. Server, staff, patron. It's just weird and it's an awful practice. I don't want the staff or customers to get my full name.

Never will I go to a chuck a Rama the Maria girl she is a manager well if that's the case they need to retrain their management and they wonder why there not busy during lunch like they use to be and there sales are down you might want to look at your managers and how they treat your guest I have been going there for over 20 years but guess what? Never Again Period I call corporate office and they still have not returned my call what some great service they can careless

I asked chakarama to give me a cash back. They said server will give me through money. It turns out they don't give cashback and put it as tip. Thanks to cashier not informing me I put 20 dollars tip for 30 dollars food. They are liars and I am so disappointed.
