First time at Cupbop and I was seriously impressed! The bowl was HUGE with plenty of beef and a great mix of veggies — super filling and flavorful. The noodles were really good too.
The service made the experience even better. Since it was my first visit, the cashier took the time to explain everything and even gave me a few sauces to try, which I really appreciated. I’d 100% recommend getting the spicy sauce with their mayo combo — so good.
For a fast-casual spot, this place was excellent. My food came out in under 5 minutes, and everything was fresh and hot. Can’t wait to come back and try the K-dogs next time! 🌶️🍜

Please educate your staff on how to properly fulfill Uber Eats orders. This includes filling up the drinks and properly safety sealing the food and drinks per Ubers policy. The courier is not responsible for filling the drinks or sealing the meals.

The staff was friendly, but the noodles were old and hard. The rice was dry. And there were only 4 peices of chicken. Wouldn't recommend

I ordered via Uber Eats.
I always do the Ugly Bop and the Korean BBQ.
The food was below supbar.
The chicken was super dry and hard to chew and there was hardly ANY cabbage. I mean, come on!
Also I tried to do the Buy 1 get 1 free. It says it doesn't include any 'customizations.' However, adding the sauce and making it sloppy shouldn't constitute from not getting the free one.
Anyways, I wanted to give a -0 on this. But 1 will have to do.
I won't order from here again!
