Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

The service here was truly awful. After 30 minutes of waiting, with music blasting so loud that I couldn't here the orders being called, I finally was told that mine was ready, only to be told that one part of my order was missing and I'd have to wait longer. And if that wasn't bad enough, the partial order they handed me wasn't even mine. I'll post this with the final time it took me to get my order, whenever it gets out. 36 minutes in total.

Listen I’m not one to ever write a review but this experience needs to be talked about.. from the time I walked in to get my food until the time I left it was approximately an hour (this was a preordered door dash).. there were two people behind the counter working and one of them was blatantly unsanitary by blowing her nose and touching the food. The workers appeared to be untrained and with a language barrier that resulted in many other orders being missed. My order was incorrect twice, resulting in intentionally reduced portions due to the workers apparent frustration. I find this experience highly unprofessional and unacceptable.. please be hesitant to go to the location.

Unfortunately cupbop has been dying in quality over the last years due to franchising and this place is very apparent of that. 20 minute wait in a non busy store and the quality of the food was not great. Dry stale rice and overcooked noodles. Sad !

Waited 10 mins with no one in the shop only to be told I had to make the order myself. Ordered 4 K dogs all were over cooked (burnt to a crisp). Asked for a refund only to be told they didnt have access to the system and there was no manager on staff. Staff gave major Gen Z vibes...

The guy was so busy complaining about other customers that he forgot to give me my protein. Not even a single little scrap of chicken...just half a bowl of rice and noods with a ton of sauce. Also, more and more I'm starting to feel like any system that asks you to tip BEFORE the service is just straight up dishonest.

They have gluten free options, which is awesome! The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I love this place!
