Korean fast food. It hits the spot. I am glad they exist for that fix. But I wish they had some more authentic dishes. Maybe a twist on sundubu like a soft tofu cup?

The kimchi was quite good and they have everything you need including great chopsticks. The flavors were nice but i did run into the hunk of hunka hunka beef which had no meat.

I have been to cupbop many times, but never at this location. I was pretty shocked with the quality of food. I got the bowl with the rock and piggy proteins at a level 4. I have never taken a few bites and then thrown it away, but I did today. Most things in the bowl were overcooked and all had an off smell/taste. I wouldn’t come here again.

Every time I eat at the Murray location I ask for a side of ketchup which is pretty basic and they try and tell me they don’t have it, but it’s literally on the k-dawg. I don’t know a restaurant that resists giving out one single side of ketchup it’s wild

Wrong food, badly packaged fell all over car. Rushed out of restaurant.
Rice was like mash potatoes but everything else was great but I like the rice with the sauce and it ruined it for me. Usually awesome.

The employee taking the order was rude and rushed us when we were still looking at the menu. Did not appreciate the service or lack of consideration. Will not be recommending the State St Murray, UT location.

I love the food here but you guys gotta fix ur drinking machine. The water and any other drink tastes like something died in it. It needs to be cleaned out.
