Reached out through email about a push cart and ordering ice cream. They got back to me so quickly and were so easy to work with!!!On the day of our event the cart was delivered on time with the ice cream we had ordered ready to go. Pick up was also on time. I feel like they made everything so easy. Thank you!!! Great customer service all around!!

NO SHOW!!! Ruined our Sons 6th Birthday Party! Not even a phone call to say they weren't coming. All the kids were in tears. Please do not book with them they will not show up!!!! Don't Schedule if you do not have Staff to accommodate.

We reached out to Dad’s to rent an ice cream push cart for an event. Even though we ended up not renting the cart, they provided amazing customer service and bent over backwards to help us out. We will definitely use them if we need a push cart in the future!

Once it was an expanding business, but now it has just shrunk to the wholesale of an ice cream.

We scheduled Dad's Ice Cream truck for an end of the year activity for our 2nd graders. Mike was on time and very professional. The kids loved it!!

Stellar customer service! I even got there when they were closing & was helped without any complaints. So courteous, I didn't feel rushed & the price I paid (which was NOT a lot) was worth every penny & more.

We were holding a 5K fundraiser for a young woman who has been battling cancer for 3 years. We were looking for different activities that the 600+ people who registered could take a part of after the 5K. Dad's was willing to donate their blow up foosball equipment for our event. It was a hit! Thank you Dad's for your generosity and for making a difference in our community!

They were able to come out on really short notice. I rented their ice cream truck for my kid's birthday party and when it pulled up (EXACTLY on time) his friends went crazy. All the kids and parents got the ice cream for "free", and they just invoice you for the cost later. All the parents asked where I rented the truck. Great Experience!

Who can not be happy as a child is rewarded for his good behavior with his favorite character ice cream delivered to his neighborhood by the ice cream truck? Well here is where it all gets going as Dads is the local supply house for all the drivers of the routes that sell to your family.

I've been a big fan of Dad's Ice Cream over the past 5+ years. I've rented from them for all sorts of events--birthday parties, church socials, scouting activities, school events, you name it! I've tried out everything too--bounce houses, ice cream (soft serve and from the carts), nacho machine, carnival games...Every time has been a wonderful experience, and if I ever have any questions about something, they are always quick to answer or assist. I can't recommend them enough!
