Horrible customer service. They focus 150% on the people using the drive thru, and they ignore the people waiting to order at the counter. Another girl and myself walked out yesterday after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes, still being ignored after that time. This is a great place for Mexican food, just don't go to the counter, use the drive thru. They totally ignore you inside. Del taco should have an annual drive Thru customer appreciation day for their beloved customers using the drive thru.

This is what $6.18 gets you at DelTaco...WTH? I asked for extra cheese and there is barely any at all. And the burrito is the size of a frozen burrito from the grocery store...RIDICULOUS!

She open the drive thru and started complaining she didn't know the order. When we ask for the total she became aggressive and rude to as asking if we wanted it or not. Charged us wrong and only corrected when I asked to the manager, that by the way was not friendly either seemed like they came from the same background of rude crew. It's unacceptable a customer being treated like this because of bad karma between those too. When asked for manager no one gives out the number and that's wrong. She can't be a manager having aggressive customer service like that. See the video, I know you film it.

The manager here is the bomb. Her energy is amazing while ordering she's great while training her newbies and working with her team she's incredible. More places need managers like this.

I think Del Taco is the best fast food Mexican chain around. It takes just a bit longer than most fast food restaurants to get your food, but that's because it's made fresh when you order it, and the difference is literally palpable. And if you order off the value menu, you can get enough grilled chicken soft tacos and bean burritos to kill yourself for <$10. And they have really excellent churros.

I went to deltaco yesterday. I wanted to try the new Quesadilla and I ordered chip and Guacamole I didn't get my chips or Guacamole and the Quesadilla was so dried out I didn't eat I threw it was . I love this place for the tacos but this placed lost my business and, I come here a lot

I went there once and they got my whole order incorrect. I wanted chicken tacos and i got carnita. I was missing my funnel cake fries. My bad tho I should have checked the bag before driving off. 😅
