Today is July 7. That man was there again today. Apparently the owner doesnt care about these reviews. Today his excuse was “we ran out of Marinara and that’s why he couldnt add extra sauce to the pizza”. Really guy? 1.5 hours before close? Really? No garlic again on the crust. The store is great when the women are working. This guy is the absolute worst.
Today is April 7. Whoever the only man is working this evening, sucks. He said that they dont do the garlic crust anymore (and that’s literally Domino’s thing) and couldn’t even bother to add the extra sauce ordered. He was more concerned with lightly throwing the pizza box on the counter, saying “no we dont do that” to the complaint that the garlic crust is missing, and proceeded to walk away and go back on his phone. The lady that works there is fantastic and always makes the pizzas right. The guys absolutely suck. Half the pizza is missing cheese as well. Threw the pizza out and going to Papa John’s. AND THAT WAS A FREE PIZZA that points had been saved up for. AVOID THIS STORE.

Today is June 3rd 11:33pm 2025 and whoever the girl working here is, she should not work because she didn’t want to let me in to order pizza, we had to wait for the other worker who was delivering pizza to get here and tell her to open the door. She was staring at me with disgust. Hopefully she didn’t spit in my pizza.

Go out of your way to avoid this location! And you'll thank me later. It took them 1 hour and 18 minutes just the delivery process then the pizza arrived obviously cold and the box grease logged and the cherry on top was a long curly hair on it accident or not their customer service made me feel like everything was my fault just avoid this location all together THE PROOF IS IN THE REVIEWS JUST LOOK THEY MOST DEFINITELY NEED SOME CHANGES!!!

I ordered a delivery and emphasized on “well done” . The pizza just arrived almost raw . These people don’t know how to bake a pizza . We had to put it in the oven once more .

Our pizza was half an hour late so I called to see if there was a problem. Told me it was delivered half an hour ago, told them we didn’t get it, and she said “that’s because he’s looking for your house” ? So she said she’d give him another 10 minutes before calling him to see if he needed help finding it. Pizza finally got here, room temperature at best and cheese had hardened. Called the store to tell them it was cold and they told me they needed a picture of the pizza to prove it and do anything about it. So while I was grabbing a pen to write down the number they put me on mute and never came back. Any cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store is better quality than what comes from this location. Tasted like we were eating leftovers. Should’ve gone to The Pie, better and same price lol.
The worst ever tell me 45 mint take 1:30 mint cold and dry pizza this lie about the special thy have online and I say ok about when they gat my house my pizza was so cold and driver don’t care they take my money and they told I can gat my next piazza for free bout can’t gat refund I take the piazza to the store and show thyme thy stil say no and whatever is I’ll never recommend anyone order from Dominus pizza hot is the best

While I want to recommend Domino's Pizza, I currently cannot because I am unable to complete a purchase online (3 times already in January of 2025, both through the app & website). Once I have the order ready to place, I attempt to pay & it throws the error seen in the screenshot. Mentions about this issue on Facebook keep getting removed/hidden from their business page to censor negative feedback (this has also been detailed on IsItDownRightNow, many other people claiming the same thing). I still have almost $65 in gift cards to be spent that I got for Christmas (purchased from Sam's Club), which I am unable to use because the app & website won't accept payment... In order to gain the rewards points towards a free pizza. I have to order online, so ordering over the phone is not an option...

I ordered Domino's a couple of times a week and never. Is there a problem with the store on state street? Their website was down. I had to call it in the lady made a mistake. She didn't give me food just soda. I called back and spoke to Quintin. Started screaming and yelling at me that I will have to pay for the food. I never argued about that and it had no tracking number. No receipt and when I went back to look to see if I had points, they erased everything. Each time I Try to contact corporate or an adult to no Avail. I will no longer be purchasing from Domino's. I wrote a letter to the corporate office. They really don't seem to care about anything. And then the manager of the store called me several days later and hung up 3 times and with screaming profanities at me. Of course, they erased all the proof but I have it on my credit card morons. That is definetflix, terrible customer service skills.And this is what they have representing their cooperation I foresee the future of domino's coming to a complete halt
