Such a phenomenal location! The drinks & food are always great but the staff is what makes Dutch Bros special for me. Everyone is in such a good mood and I always find my day being better after interacting with the staff there. Picked up an iced coffee today and had the pleasure of meeting the manager named Joe. I was impressed with his kindness and his level of professionalism. I’ll never purchase coffee from any other big chain shops. Dutch Bros, if you’re listening, Joe is your guy. Invest in him, he might be the next CEO.

First timer here… can really appreciate when someone can guide me through the menu. Corrine (apologies if I muffed the spelling) absolutely nailed it. Huge customer service guy, and she killed it and got me the right drink! Highly recommend 🤘🏼

Waste of time and money. Ordered one simple drink and they screwed it up. It had to be thrown away because it couldn't be consumed. It was a small sugarfree hot chocolate with nonfat milk on 12/20/2024. First someone comes out to my car saying; your Mocha is ready, then corrects herself saying; it's a hot chocolate, to reassure me that they got it right. I take the drink but it's awful and I choke after taking a sip. By this time, I'm 2 miles away from the Dutch Bros and can't turn back to get out of my car and so I continue on disappointed and upset with myself for thinking Dutch Bros is good and angry that I tipped them for giving me terrible service and an awful product. It's obvious that they don't train their people because sugarfree syrup doesn't taste better if you add more syrup. The sweetener is sweeter than regular refined white sugar that it's bitter if you use too much.
