Worst service I think at any Dutch bros I’ve been to, I love Dutch bros and the drinks are great but this location is always understaffed. Almost always only 1 employee. Poor workers. With there being only 5 cars it takes about 20/25 minutes in line.

I went to Dutch Bros for a morning pick me up and I tried a new location. Honestly was very disappointed, i’m usually greeted with such a great attitude but this time the girl who took my order was very impolite and came to me with such a rude manner, my morning was ruined. I did not feel welcomed. I’ve never expected such behavior from Dutch Bros. Blonde girl, ponytail. This happened on October 18, Saturday. This girl needs to learn some manners.

It was a chilly morning and the drive thru line was insane but no one was in line at the walk up window. Waited almost 30 minutes for my drinks while the girl that was their friend got her drink almost right away. You would think that you would prioritize people in the order they came in and the people standing out in the weather vs the drive thru.
I feel like this is the slowest Dutch bros I’ve been too. Dutch bros is the “Chick-fil-A” of coffee shops but not this one…

Wow! If every DBC is like this one, I’d never want to go to a competitor’s coffee shop again. The girls at this location were friendly and talked with you like you were a human being, not just a customer waiting for a drink. Great job!
