I have loved Greek Souvlaki’s food for years, but the continued bad service means it just isn’t worth dealing with the business anymore. It is slow, but they cannot correctly pack a takeout order. I have made it home without salad dressing in my Greek salad or a whole meal. Most recently, I didn’t make home with a meal and so I called them and they said I could drive back to get it. I asked for a refund instead as I didn’t want to leave my house again. I was told to call the next day to speak with a manager. The manager said she would need to speak with someone else. A tefund never happened.
I know I should be better at checking my order before I leave, but the way they pack the food makes it extremely hard to open everything and check in the car. It wasn’t busy so it doesn’t really make sense as to why the service can’t be better. It is just frustrating this continues to happen and they don’t seem overly concerned about making their mistakes right. At this point, there is just something to make each experience disappointing and not worth any future visits.

So recently my father made a purchase from here and later looked at the receipt and it showed a tip. A tip that he never approved/ new about. If the would have asked "would you like to tip" thats one thing. We used to be loyal customers. But after charging a tip without permission. We will not be coming here again, we have to find a new greek food place.

Now there's more, my mother went and the lady at the window basically threw her card and food at my mom very disrespectful and the rice was dry and chewy not edible. And gyro was mediocre.

The food is always good. Both locations are great. I have yet to try anything I didn’t enjoy.
Pretty good. Decent portions, flavorful, healthy. My only complaint really is that you need to pay for sauces…? Which gets expensive fast, and Mediterranean food isn’t cheap to begin with. It’s a bit overpriced, but flavorful and healthy.

bought 40 dollars worth of food and no sauce comes with it, asked for sauce and they said I needed to pay for it!!! No, I pay a high price for food for my little family and come home with no sauce and instead of eating with them I have to come back to ask for sauce, then they said I have to pay for it!! i said I will go to Mad Greek, they will understand and guess what they did??? They gave me sauce for free because Mad Greek actually gives sauce with their meals!!!

Chicken gyro was delicious. The white yogurt sauce was good. Lots of fries. Came out fast. I recommend. It's our office favorite for some.
