Need to post accurate business hours! I stopped here specifically because they lost opening at 1000, but there wasn't an employee in sight. Will not ever come

I love love love these drinks. But I hate it when they say they are open till 9 and they close at 8:30. If this is how business works then they should change their online operation hours to 8:30. They missed out on 6 drink orders!!!
I really love bobas ???
My 5 year old wanted to try boba and gave Hello K Tea a try while we were at the mall. We ordered the mango milk tea and it was soo good!! She keeps raving about it!
Tasted really sugary and simple. It was overpriced and more than I’ve ever paid for a drink. The service was unkind and dismissive overall.
Boba was not good I have tasted other better places tasted like just plain milk with boba
My bolba drink always tastes and looks amazing! All the flavors are delicious but peach is my favorite.
Their tea is delicious and very photo worthy! The clerk who’s helped me out a couple of times before is super sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I ordered a strawberry boba one and the lady grabbed a water dispenser from under their white counter with i believe over night or old “same drink” it tasted like water down strawberry boba since the ice had melted in the dispenser i assume .!! I had ordered the same before and loved it . Didn't think nothing of it !!!!! . Until i tasted it . Gross !!! I was soo sad .
I ordered the matcha boba milk tea and it is the best matcha I’ve had! The cup is super cute too which adds to the fun. It only took a couple of minutes to make, the same amount of time to make a latte from a cafe. I would definitely recommend the matcha drink!
Order strawberry boba with jelly for my son and they gave him popping boba and they are very rude.
Loved their popping boba! One of the best, we go to fashion place mall just to get the boba smoothies.
