The place looked clean, the lemonade was fresh unlike some places. And Marcos was super polite!

I used to work here 25 years ago and I'm happy to see that it's still the same fun place to work.

Apparently you can no longer buy refills on the lemonade. You now only get one sauce with your funnel cake sticks instead of two. The straws are awful, grabbed four and every single one was broken.

Waited for 15 minutes just for a large lemonade. They looked overstuffed but half of them were standing around staring, not doing anything to help push orders out. Very disappointed in this staff and their service. Will not be coming back and will be actively pushing others to go elsewhere 😁

Convenient, fair wait time, customer service could of been a little better, and it was strange the paper from my stick was easily peeling off as eating, I've eaten at several hot dog on a stick locations and this was the first time that's ever happened on both sticks I ordered a original turkey and a cheese stick. This was the fashion place location. I'll be trying a different location next time hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Never experienced worse customer service. The manager on shift along with the employees during the February 1st shift around 5:00 were messing around not paying attention to customers, obviously. We ordered a cheese dog and the girl taking our ordered clearly yelled to the person making the dogs (the manager) “AMERICAN CHEESE DOG”. Once we received our food we bit into the dog to find it was a turkey dog. Not a huge problem, until it was, thanks to the manager of all people. We went up to the counter to ask them to switch it out, the manager responded in a rude and short way, “do you have the receipt” we didn’t so we said “we don’t” he huffed over to the register to look up our order and he said “you ordered a hot dog”. We’re not the type to ask and try to receive free food so it’s frustrating when we’re treated as such. We tried to explain how we heard the girl yell to him about making a cheese dog and i would say it’s safe to guess she accidentally clicked the wrong product. The manager told us “well i’m the guy making them” ok? so you’re the one that messed up? He rudely told us to throw it away, which would’ve been fine if he was kinder about it since we didn’t want it anyway. we headed back to the table forgetting to throw it away. Once they finished our cheese dog he yelled our name in an extremely annoyed tone. then said he needs to watch us throw the hotdog away to give us the cheese one. again, wouldn’t have been an issue if this whole situation was done in a patient and kind matter but the fact that it wasn’t made throwing and wasting food frustrating. we did cooperate and throw the hotdog away, and once we did he threw the cheese dog on the counter and walked away. We definitely weren’t expecting professional service considering this is a mall court food counter, but I would say it’s disappointing to be treated that way in any matter especially from the person that’s supposed to be running the place.

My husband and I were enjoying the atmosphere of Christmas at the Mall. We spontaneously decided to eat a couple of corn dogs. We ordered an original for me, and a vegetarian corn dog for him. After receiving them, I was confused as to how to tell which was the veggie dog. I went up to the woman and she asked to see the receipt. On it, the young man had not put in a veggie dog and had charged us for two originals (same price really).... She said, "Sorry" and that was it. His mistake became ours and my husband couldn't eat the corn dog.

That pretty much made it clear to me that customer service isn't important when an employee makes a mistake; it became our loss and not their problem. Needless to say, I will not be eating here again.

The girl with the short hair and glasses was extremely rude. The whole time i was ordering she had a lot of attitude and giving me a disgusted look the whole time. She was also very slow and took her at least 5 minutes to just take my order as there was a line forming behind me. This customer service is not acceptable and i will never be coming to this location again. I did not feel welcome and im sure she made half the guests behind me feel the same way

I ordered a large lite lemonade. The server filled a cup with tap water and added some lemon flavor. They then handed me sweetener packets and had me assemble my own drink. The lite lemonade used to be great. It is now horrible. I walked across the food court to Chick-fil-A to buy a real diet lemonade. I guess my days at Hot Dog on a Stick are over. Sad to see this happen.
