Houston TX Hot Chicken

I moved here recently. July and September things were perfect. Since then, I don’t get what I ordered and the quality overall has gone downhill. Idk what’s happened but one more bad experience and as much I love the food I’m done

I did not like fried chicken. It almost always felt greasy and normally doesn’t taste as good as it sounds in the moment. Houston’s hot chicken has NEVER disappointed. Damion has helped both me and my friends on more than one occasion along with an employee named Jaxson. The customer service is peak as everyone is so welcoming. Theirs is the best dry rub I’ve had as the chicken has never been dry, their house sauce is delicious, and their fries are the right level of crisp. HHC has quickly become my go to place for chicken. If anyone is looking for a great chicken place Houston’s Hot Chicken is where you need to go.

I’ve been coming nonstop since I first tried it. Easily the best chicken and service in the village. I’m blown away with just how nice they all are, I had some questions about the menu and Damion gave us a great run down on options. I’m not sure if he’s the manager but I’ve seen him do everything, they come out to sweep and make sure the place is clean and everyone’s comfortable often. I have yet to have a visit without someone going above and beyond to make sure I have everything I want or am satisfied. The food is also incredible, it’s a lot of food at times but I never feel bloated after. For it being fried food it doesn’t taste too greasy, the way the chicken is cooked it almost feels like I’m making a heathy choice. The food is all pretty unique compared to similar places, it feels like a needed change and I’m obsessed.

Excellent every time I've been in.. chicken and waffles is easily the best thing on menu..took many years to try this food combo, now it's easily my favorite at Houston Hot chicken..pair waffle with honey butter or mild level spicy chicken fingers ~so good!

This was my first time coming here, the manager was very helpful in helping me find a good spice level for my food and it was delicious. I got the original hot chicken sandwich (medium) and it was so good! My dad let me steal some of his loaded fries (buffalo and lemon pepper) which were sweeter than I had expected but delicious. I will happily return again. :)

This was a great stop. I had the Southwest Salad, Original Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Loaded Fries. Wow. My son downed his sandwich and fries before could take a Pic. So good. The wifey ate half the salad before the pic. 3 thumbs up y'all

Loved the buffalo Caesar chicken salad. Great alternative to fast food! And you can pick the spiciness of the sauce for whatever chicken dish you choose.

First time at HHC and I was very impressed. I ordered the Cheesy Hot Chicken Sandwich with buffalo sauce. The flavor was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family with me.

We have loved this place until today. Ordered it on DoorDash and got the smallest piece of chicken on our sandwiches and a squished bun. Not a $18 meal if you ask me. Shocked they sent it out the door. Crazy Ds chicken in south Jordan is way better!
