We have always loved Houston Hot Chicken for their awesome sandwiches and tonight we decided to buy the texas caesar salad and the southwest salad, we specifically requested extra caesar dressing and cilantro dressing on both salads. When we came home with our order, we discovered that there were no dressings at all with our salads, only the chicken dipping sauce and once we opened the Caesar salad we noticed there were no crotons. Disappointing for the price and the requests we had made.

Cool place, nice atmosphere. It was super busy when we went. A kid came around and wiped down our table right as we sat down which was nice and a guy was calling out names and handing out orders that were ready. The flavoring on the fries was amazing! I couldn't get enough. The flavoring on the breading of the chicken was really good. Sadly, the chicken in my sandwich and tender weren't as plump and juicy as I was expecting and didn't have a lot of flavor aside from the breading. The waffle was good but the syrup was Smuckers Syrup made from corn syrup and not actual syrup, which was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely pathetic lack of customer service. We accidentally placed an online order at this location rather than the one intended here in Lehi. Within two minutes we attempted to call and text them. We’ve since tried to email, call and text probably a combined 15 times. We haven’t heard back and every time we’ve called they’ve been open. I finally had to dispute to charge with our CC company. Yes, it was our mistake as we placed it at the wrong location. That being said, we tried to connect within minutes and spent way more time than we should’ve trying to contact the store. Unbelievable.

The restaurant provided a warm and inviting atmosphere but it was very overcrowded and no were to sit. The staff members were friendly and attentive. The star of the show, the chicken, was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. However, I must admit that the pricing left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.Now, onto the chicken itself. The menu boasted a variety of tantalizing options, and each bite was a burst of flavor. The chicken was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right.The side dishes, such as the coleslaw and fries, were also well-prepared and complemented the chicken perfectly.However, one area that left me slightly disappointed was the pricing. While the quality of the food and service was undoubtedly high, I felt that the prices were a bit steep for what was offered.Overall, despite the slightly higher pricing, I would still recommend the Chicken Place for its delicious chicken dishes and inviting atmosphere. It's a great place to indulge in flavorful meals and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Just be prepared to spend a bit more than you might expect. With a few adjustments to the pricing, it would truly be a five-star destination.
