The food was great!It only took them literally 3 tries to get my order correct.When I told the manager it was incorrect he looked at me like he wanted to punch me. Like he was irritated at ME for my order being wrong. Won’t be back nor will I recommend any other person to come here. Change management and employees.

Never would have thought this place exist here in Utah and myself personally being from Houston, Texas living in Utah. This place was recommended by my co-worker who is from Lehi and thought I give this place a try to see what is the fuss about that makes it stand out. It closely resemble Dave's Hot Chicken in Midvale area but more relax atmosphere inside and a window view of cars and I-15 freeway plus an addition of outdoor seating. By reading on some reviews, there was a long waiting time of getting your food so I took upon myself to come/drive here when they open at exactly at 10:30am and there was only 1 car waiting in the parking lot besides myself. There's no drive-thru also so don't expect that. Once they open, was greeted with friendly and helpful staff to get your order started which makes this place feel welcome, it's a pleasant experience to say. I start off ordering their House Special(mild) so I start somewhere I can handle some kick in spicy but tame. My daughter would order the Fushion Fry w/tender(medium and spicy). We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get our order so our experience waiting on food wasn't that bad like others did but then again, we came when they open their doors at 10:30am and there was plenty of staff in the kitchen making peoples order as people start coming in but not as crowded long lines but steady foot traffic and busy like operations. I was impress with their staff asking how we doing, food wise and if we needed anything. Definitely friendly atmosphere where everyone feel welcome and that makes it unique than other fast food place out there so give this place a try and I can't say how this place would be if you would come during lunch er rush hours wise but come early so your dinning experience be worthwhile and a pleasant one. They get my 5 star review so I be coming back but with friends. I’ve been here 4 times all to-go. 2 of those times the order has been wrong. 3 of the 4 times I’ve gotten strips which all have been VERY DRY. Completely void of moisture.Be warned, when you pay, the machine defaults to a 15% tip.This was the final straw when I went tonight, I missed taking the extra step to change it to 0% tip for my to go order.I will probably go to the other location again, but I’m 100% done with this spot.

So yummy!! We both had loaded fries, and you get so much food with them, neither of us could finish them and I felt like I was pretty hungry before we started. My husband and I easily feel like we could split them and have enough food for both of us. The chicken was good, the fries were awesome, and their house sauce is different but good. I also liked having the slaw and pickles as part of the loaded fries. My husband likes the fusion fries, but I thought the normal ones were really good. I also had the Mondi with blueberry lavender lemonade and it was so good. Highly recommend, we will be going back, just wish there was one in Provo so we didn't have to drive as far!

This chicken place is one of the best in Utah. I prefer this over Dave’s chicken, and gives better bang for your buck. The line was a bit long to wait, but I see why now. I got the chicken tenders with just mild, and those filled me up quick. The fries as well were the most crispy fries I’ve had, and finishing it all off with a shake was amazing. I am for sure coming back here. This place delivered!

My lower star level comes I under service . I have a dairy allergy and I asked the cashier if certain things had dairy in them. She looked at me like she was clueless. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to be checking if I could safely eat here. They had a line down the sidewalk.so they were busy . That should not matter. The food tasted good. They got out order out quickly as well. .
We traded a Crack Shack with a full menu of creative, unique chicken sandwiches for a one dimensional copy cat restaurant?! I miss having more selection than “how hot?” No need for the premium price when I can get the same thing at Chic Fil A for 30 percent cheaper. This Houston Hot has already flamed out with me.

Service was slow. Slow to order (only one register going on a Friday night), slow to get food out.Food was good! I got the original chicken sandwich and my husband got the cheesy chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed it. I wish it was a little more meaty and saucy. I asked for more sauce and they said it was a dry rub so a little bummer there. I liked the fry sauce, my husband did not. It’s different.The fries were perfect crinkle fries with the right amount of crunch and seasoning.

All the food was delicious!! Only knock is that the chicken's texture was softer (soggier?) on the outside compared to the crispiness of Dave's Hot Chicken which I personally prefer. But man it was still great, and they pumped out our food like lightning!! The service was so fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The huge art on the walls is pretty cool.
