First, let me tell you the food is good.
but here is why I’m so disappointed.
I ordered food for my boss through Uber eats to be sent to his hotel.
I’ce Haus forgot part of my order. The bag was sealed from the restaurant so it’s not like the driver ate it.
I called the restaurant immediately to let them know and the guy who answered reservations could care less. Basically told me it’s “not their problem” that I need to call. Uber eats
I was charged for the item. Ice haus just brushed it off and didn’t try to figure it out.
That’s very disappointing. They would’ve gotten a good review from us, but the lack of caring is not a good thing

Great atmosphere, awesome food! Thanks Dave for all the wonderful vegan options! (Recently updated: order ice haus for door dash and the vegan wings were crumbs. Definitely disappointed, thisnorder is less by weight and more by cost from door dash. Not cool. Usually with 12 wings theres left overs, this time with these large crumbs, im still hungry and shouldnt feel obligated to go to the restaurant directly to get good service. This sucks, i already burnt my dinner and decided to doordash my problems away.)

Cassie does not know how to make a Long Island iced tea, my drink that I sent back twice was undrinkable. Never had someone be so disrespectful when I was nothing but nice. Everything else was wonderful.

Great food! Came here for brunch on a Sunday when everywhere else was packed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and loved both dishes I ordered. Would definitely be back again!

Most legit poutine I found outside of home, and the bratwurst was also on point. Nice patio for the pup, even in cold temperature. Good tunes, good boozy hot chocolate for the holidays.

If I could leave a negative review I would. A bartender who is also a regular made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable to where we couldn’t close our tab without watching each others backs but when I went in tonight while she was working she didn’t serve my group and her bar back took about 10 minutes while he reorganized the back bar with no one else waiting. While I watched her poor a draft she lost about half the beer due to bubbles. Not very appealing in any of the sorts.
