⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Ice Haus has always been a great spot to hang out, but lately, the management and staff have really been firing on all cylinders. From Cassie, Kenny, and the rest of the crew behind the bar to the kitchen team absolutely crushing it, everything’s on point. The new additions to the service staff have been awesome too in particular Natalie, who joined a few months back. Whether it’s your first time in or you’re a regular, she always greets you with a big smile and a warm, welcoming attitude that makes you feel like the most important guest in the place. The rest of the service staff is fabulous as well.
The patio here is hands down the best in the state. Even in winter, the fire pits and hanging heaters keep things warm and cozy. Definitely one of the valley’s best hidden gems — stop by, say hi, and see for yourself.
If I had one small critique — and it’s purely personal preference — I wish they had a bit more variety in their live entertainment on the weekends and offered regular tater tots alongside their sweet potato tots.

We came around 2pm on a Friday and the place was nearly empty when we walked in. The only other people at the time that we came in was around 3-4 people at the bar, and the man working the door was very nice, and told us to sit anywhere. We chose to sit outside, and because of this choice, we were completely ignored as customers for over twenty minutes and ended up leaving without even getting to speak to the wait staff. After twenty minutes, I came inside to see if anyone was coming or if there was no outdoor service as this was my first time here, and couldn’t even have a chance to speak to anyone as the man at the door was trying desperately to man the tickets at the kitchen window while the bartender focused on the bar. Apparently a large group of people came in after us and sat at the bar, taking all of their attention so they didn’t even acknowledge us once past scanning our IDs and asking us to sit down. It would be much different if we could even get a drink ordered, but that wasn’t an option.
Frankly this is the worst experience I’ve ever had when it came to dining in SLC, and is upsetting because the menu does sound wonderful and we had been thinking about coming for quite some time.

Despite the wide range of beer options, a welcoming ID scanner and nice patio, I chose to go against what others said about this place. The service was terrible. We consistently got overlooked and ignored by the staff/waitress, to the point of making us feel uncomfortable and unseen. The waitress attended the couple next to us, but never once checked on us.

I'm from out of town and I met friends here to eat dinner and catch up. Service was great and food was delicious. Great selection of drinks. Love the home town kinda feel this place has even for its size. Moved up stairs after dinner to play some darts. Never been to a place the charges for darts but you get to keep them. Parking can be kinda tough but luckily didn't have to go far. Would visit again to try more on the menu and get my drink on.

I tried visiting today, and I walked in there with a cup in my hand, and I was told that I need to put it in my backpack, and that was no problem. The problem was by the time I was trying to put it in my backpack the lady at the front Told me again that I need to put my cup in my backpack before she even gave me time to do it and then she said you need to do it right now so I left. I will not be returning

I initially came in for just a dinner with the homies, which the food was amazing especially as a vegan. Our sever was absolutely amazing and was more than accommodating, I never got her name but had 4 different severs through the night (came back hours later) and everyone was FANTASTIC!!!!) I’m from out of state and they actually had drinks that reminded me of home, that I can’t get anywhere else, everyone there is so sweet and ALWAYS has you’re best interest in heart even if their off the clock. While not taking my car home after a few shots had been annoying, one thing I can appreciate is them looking out for every single person coming into this establishment and making sure they get home safe, I love an establishment who genuinely cares for their patrons. They make sure everyone is safe, comfortable and are enjoying their experience whether it comes to ordering food, getting drinks or playing a simple game of darts. I’ve only been here twice and both times were the same, PHENOMENAL!! Even though I’m moving back half-way across the county, this place is def in my top 5 for places to go in Utah: Good prices, Good atmosphere, Good food, Chill employees and they carry the drinks I hold near and dear to my heart when NOWHERE else carries them: if I could give a million stars I would would. I don’t review places often but this place deserves recognition for the work they put in, they need head and a $20 raise for the work they do.
