I usually have a good time here, there is never too long of a wait for food but this last time I went there the waiter Ashlee was not very nice. She gave me the wrong price for a dish when I asked her if it was anything extra ( she said it wouldn’t cost extra) but it did cost extra. It wasn’t that big of a deal that it was extra, my problem is when I brought it up, she was rude about her mistake instead of trying to fix it. She meant I was making a fuss for not that much more. Very unpleasant.

They are always quick and have great customer service. The food is great and accurate. I love their protein pancake options. The new breakfast burrito was really good. Definitely a preferred low stress place.
Good place to go late at night. The people usually working late are very nice

Came here to eat, it’s completely dead. People are just hanging out in the back not even getting us our drinks. They acted like we didn’t exist after 15 minutes of sitting there with no drinks, no food, no nothing…. We got up and walked out. I won’t be coming back here!!!

Always great food and excellent service. They are very quick bringing the food out. It's always cooked correctly. The waitresses are all amazing. My favorite waitress is Echo. She goes above and beyond for every one of her clients. Outstanding service.

We went on Valentine's day for brunch. The restaurant wasn't actually very busy but we had an inappropriately long wait for our order to be taken and the food to come out. The table we were given was not really big enough for our group and they forgot to bring us a high chair so I had to go get one, and there wasn't really enough space for it. There were plenty of bigger tables available, but none of them were cleared off from previous groups. They only had like 3 people working the front end, and I suspect not enough in the kitchen.
Our waitress was really sweet and I felt bad that she was juggling way too much. I don't blame any of the staff for our bad experience, obviously they are seriously understaffed and corporate should be offering better wages and hiring more people. Boooooo IHOP. Boooooooooooo.
Food was good. Waitress was great. Manager was disrespectful. She was trying to talk to us and take our order and the manager kept interrupting her with mundane requests that could have waited until after she was done taking our order. He has no concept of customer service.

I haven't been in IHOP for years!. And when finally had a chance to stop by this morning for pancakes, i get a crappy food taste with lil syrup & no butter!. For over $ 13!. I will never eat at this place again I hope they lose business!. They don't deserve to be around!.
