20%-30% of the tables hadn't been bussed when we arrived, and none of them had been bussed by the time we finished and left. There were employees standing around at the back of the restaurant, so it didn't appear understaffed. It's not the first time we've been there and seen a huge mess on and under the tables because of a lack of bussing. I'm not sure why this would be a thing.

I’ve had cast parties here many times for many years now and every time they do a great job. Tonight we had Izzy with Jared to help our group and they did an amazing job to help serve a group of about 20 people. Izzy checked in with me and the people around me to make sure everything was accurate and if everything was well. She even told me she was the one who picked up the phone the day beforehand when my friend made the warning call for our group and how she (Izzy) wanted to do it.
The food is good and I liked it a lot. A good meal for a long day of stage work in the outdoor heat. I’m basically saying props for the cooks who made as much as they did when they did at 11:30pm-ish at night. It also didn’t take too long for the food to get out either despite it relatively busy with other groups dining.
On top of that, even if I confused them, they took my request to hold making my milkshake I ordered to have it once my sister got there from after her work. My sister really appreciated it even though she was late she still felt included. Amazing job you all and thank you for being awesome!

The best experience I’ve had at IHOP or any other breakfast place. We were seated immediately. The service was great every time our server Jennifer would walk past us she would check on us. She would either bring or ask us or stuff that we needed before we even had a chance to ask it was great and she was very friendly and all the food tasted fresh and was very quick

Izzie was a great waitress, attentive & on demand. There still wasn’t any garlic butter on the broccoli though. I understand it comes with it, but that’s why I told you it had none on it ;)
Excellent location and staff. Only 2 waitresses working but we were seated promptly and food came much faster than expected despite a moderate level of business. Food was excellent as well. Despite the tweaker sitting behind us we had an good experience. You can't really get away from that sort of thing, but it's MILES better than the Dennys down the road where we were told there would be a 30 minute wait to be sat despite the same level of staffing and business, only to see the entire staff outside smoking when we left. Once again, thank you IHOP for being the cleaner, faster, better alternative for all night dining.

🥞I came into IHOP and I requested a cup of ice to go inside the lemonade. 🥞The gentleman said yes I will get you some ice. 🥞 I said could you please wash your hands. 🥞The gentleman said yes I will wash my hands. 🥞He went to where the kitchen was. I followed him as he walked around the corner where the ice was. 🥞 I have followed behind him watching him and he had the opportunity to wash his hands but HE CHOSE NOT TO WASH HIS HANDS 🥞 he did not see me watching him but when he went to get my ice 🥞 I yelled at him 🥞I put him on the spot I said you did not wash your hands. 🥞I said no you did not I followed you and all you did was just go to prepare my ice and you looked up and saw me as you was getting my ice. 🥞He said my hands are already clean with the attitude. 🥞I said no the hell they're not I said you just threw down a dirty dish rag in front of my face on to the front counter where I asked you for the ice. 🥞I didn't call him a liar they looked on the side a young lady was preparing to glasses of soda. 🥞She asked me was I okay I said I asked this gentleman for some ice and he refused to wash his hands believing that they were clean after he done wiped off these nasty ass tables.🥞 Sorry y'all I was totally upset I did not need to be using that type of language but that's nasty he wiped off several tables with the same nasty nasty nasty nasty rag 🥞I did not carry a sanitizer bucket with him to rent out the rag. 🥞The gentleman was very nasty whoever trained him don't need to be there.

So many times I've gone here just because it was the only place still open. And almost every time we have a horrible experience. I've had a couple good waitresses, but for the most part they have been bad servers with attitudes and they have been very rude about ordering certain things at certain times and about where you park and make you pay your bill before your ready because they want to go and for some reason they can't have another waitress take over. I do not suggest this IHOP to anyone. Might just be this location. Very rude.

I've always liked ihop, great food, tons of options, fairly priced for the quality, but today my service was the worst I've ever had, and I've always worked in foods and such so I understand. but he was not quick with refills, when we asked him for one he snapped and went wait a minute, did not check on us, when we told him we would need to split the check he threw his pen on the table and told us to figure out the split on the check, and idk he was just not giving good service. food was still great tho!
