Best God Damn experience I've ever had at a jersey mikes. I asked for hella extra onions and they definitely delivered. Exactly what I ordered and better than I ever could have expected I just had to whip up a couple Over Easies just to add on top.

I'm staying at a hotel nearby this particular Jersey Mike's and I ordered a delivery. A Big Kahuna cheese steak in a wrap with lettuce tomatoes onions Chipotle mayo and no jalapenos or red peppers with a unsweet tea. I had it delivered and when it arrived, it had jalapenos, red peppers and they also added a sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. My stomach is very sensitive to hot spices and luckily I didn't consume many of the jalapeños before I realized they were included in my cheesesteak wrap. I did go back the next day and the manager was out and I talked to the young lady behind the counter and she handled the situation very well. So I give kudos to this place and thank you for handling the problem. I am a frequent member of Jersey Mike's and their customer service was outstanding.
