Terrible service at this Jersey Mike’s. Walked in on a quiet evening, and the one guy behind the counter acted like I was ruining his night. Ordered a #13 with extra mayo, no onions. He rolled his eyes, barely put any mayo on, then piled on so many onions it looked like a salad. When I pointed it out, he snapped, “You want me to remake it?” like I was being unreasonable.
Threw the sandwich in the bag like it personally offended him, didn’t even close it properly, and handed it over with zero words. Took it home soggy bread, unbalanced flavors, and tasted like pure laziness. $15 for a sub and a side of attitude. Absolute joke.

I came in this morning with a few friends and was shocked by how the “manager” alex treats his customers, We were met with the upmost disrespect from him. We were the first customers of the day and he treated us very poorly, just makes me think of how he treats everyone else? We did not feel welcome at all. We pulled out free sub cards and we are murray high students, so were offered chips & drink from the other KIND tattooed employee. Then alex got mad at the other employee for granting it to me and took over the transactions for my friends. Alex proceeds to attend us with a disgusting attitude, as a grown man it’s very sad to see you treating the youth like that. Once i checked him for his nasty behavior, he had the audacity to say “Respectfully, it’s okay” if he thinks it’s okay to be disrespectful to people like that I wouldn’t recommend coming here, unless you’re looking for POOR customer service:(

The manager was incredibly rude to me and my friends, throwing our cups at us and being excessively passive aggressive. He even got mad at his employee right in front of us. His effort was bare minimum and that’s being generous. His attitude was bottom of the barrel disgusting. Some people shouldn’t work in the service industry, not to mention the cockroach I saw by the salt packets. I feel personally targeted as teenagers simply trying to get food since 2 older women walked in right after us and were greeted with exceptional service. This was at 10am which is opening time and we were asked to take a seat since they weren’t ready yet. I am incredibly unsatisfied and I would hope the manager has repercussions to treating paying customers in such a disgraceful way. They need to do better because that experience was appalling.

The food was very good, but the manager was very disrespectful. He slammed at my friend for getting a free drink with a school ID. Other customers were treated with respect as soon as they walked in, but not us. Do better, last word.

To say the least I’m very disappointed. Me and a few friends were greeted horribly. All we wanted was to use our student id’s for a free drink since they offer that perk. Instead we got nasty looks and the most disgraceful attitude. Despite our friend working at Jersey Mike’s, the manager insisted he was right and angrily slammed our cups at us, not even scanning our free cards. We were also asked to take a seat since they weren’t ready to start serving despite their 10am opening time. The manager then greeted 2 older ladies with nothing but kindness and respect. He also yelled at his employee directly in front of us which is rather unprofessional. Don’t go here if you want service with a smile.

I recently visited Jersey Mike's with a group of friends, and we were appalled by the aggressive behavior of the manager. His demeanor was confrontational and disrespectful, creating an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere. It's unacceptable for a manager to treat customers this way, and it completely ruined our dining experience. I strongly advise against visiting this location until they address this serious issue. Im incredibly disappointed.

The manager was EXTREMELY. Rude and that’s being generous. He was rude to me and my friends for being able to get the free drinks because we’re high school students. The food was alright, not the best. The manager was heavier set man, being respectful. Being bare minimum customer service. He had on top of that gotten upset with his team member over giving my friend 2 different discounts. People after us had gotten more respect and he was nicer towards everyone else but us. I don’t know how he got a manager position after how he treated us. Imagining how he could be treating other customers over the high school discounts. On top of that there was a cockroach on top of the salt packets.. not satisfied at ALL.
