Kudos to store 2118 for the absolute best customer service I've experienced!! Rick, GM, was absolutely amazing when I called back to compliment the delivery driver! He listened and even offered to give her an extra tip out of his pocket. Tanya, the delivery driver, was one of the most kind and compassionate people I've met in my life, she delivered far more than a sandwich on 10/19!
Senior night for Murray High School girls soccer team. 180 tacos were ordered for the game. I got notified at 3:30 the order could not be completed. I was panicking trying to find a substitute for Taco Tuesday. Jimmy Johns came through with amazing platters in short notice and worked within my budget!! The students LOVED them. Next season we may change to Turkey Tuesday!! THANK YOI!!!!!!!
