I was really hoping to like this place, but the experience was a letdown. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. To make it worse, my order was wrong. The whole thing was just frustrating.

I’m a loyal Jimmy John’s customer. I order the same sandwich (from various locations in the salt lake valley) at least 1x/week.
I was disappointed, to say the least, at the lack of customer service at this location. the 3 employees were rude, unfriendly, and seemed very inconvenienced by my presence.
Whats worse is they did not toast my sandwich despite the fact it’s a sandwich that specifically comes toasted.
I’m bummed that i spent 20$ on an order that was wrong in such an unwelcoming environment.

Waited 30 minutes for an 8in sandwich.. Ive definitely been served faster at sit down restaurants. Only two orders ahead of me. Both workers appeared to hate their lives. I think it’s time for new employees.

Everyone is always so nice here. But, I always order my sandwiches online, and add all freebies, and extra of all of them. Half the time, I get what I ordered. The other half of the time I get small amounts of everything, almost like I selected EZ, but I always select Extra.
Today I didn't have any Jimmy peppers at all, and maybe 4 tomato slices.
I stopped ordering the vegetarian, because half the time I wouldn't get double cheese, or avocado spread even though they are included in the veggie.

The Beach Club was excellent. But the Big John was a bit scant, more a Medium John🤷♀️ I do like the current special for a free combo after 2 pm. The service was excellent, even though it was a trainee cashier.
I haven’t ordered Jimmy John’s in awhile but I work from home and I chose to today.. I have never had anything from them delivered and not had the door bell rang and or a knock at the door I thought I was waiting almost and hr and a half for my food so I called the store and they said it should of been delivered so out of curiosity I checked in front of my front door and it was there probably sitting out side for roughly 40 minutes or something I’d assume..when I called and explained and expressed my frustration the person on the line didn’t seem to care!?.. I’m very upset and frustrated about it! And probably won’t order from them for a long while at least!

I ordered online and due to a limited amount of drivers, they used Uber to have my order delivered. Unfortunately, at no fault of Jimmy Johns, the order was not delivered...long story! When I called and spoke to Chris, the manager, and she was very helpful. She replaced my order and refunded me. When I arrived, she was on the phone with Uber issuing a complaint. Jimmy Johns is not only delicious but the employees truly care!

The manager is the sweetest ever, and they always handle the rushes from the high-school so well, they always make sure you get what you ask for and are super patient. if you're looking for the perfect service this is your place!

My family and I would regularly order sandwiches from Jimmy John's. We have noticed a huge decline in quality and the taste ever since they were bought out by Inspire brands in 2019. It was gradual but now it's gotten to the point where the sandwiches don't taste the same as they used to and on top of that the only reason we even continued to order the sandwiches was because of the Kickin Ranch. The Kickin Ranch disguised the lower quality ingredients they switch to. They discontinued the Kickin Ranch and offer a subpar alternative that does not taste the same. We started eating at Jersey Mike's down the street . Their quality and taste are night and day better. We have not even considered going back to Jimmy John's. It's sad to see such a huge decline and what used to be an amazing sandwich shop. I miss the freaky fast days. But that's what happens when giant corporate conglomerates buy out something and lower the quality on everything to help their bottom line. If enough people stop eating here, maybe one day they'll make enough changes and go back to what it was before. Freaky fast, tasty, and delicious sandwiches.
