The place is dirty all the time.. Only have 2 people working.. The fries are very greasy.. The food is never consistent, one week u get a hamburger and it's sloppy/ messy, the next week u go back and there is hardly anything on the hamburger.. Same with getting a chicken meal deal one time u will get very little corn ( in a bowl), next time u get corn it's over loaded the lid won't stay on.. Mashed taters and gravy now u got the gravy all over in the box and running outside of the bowl.. But I still go there cuz the boss says and there just isn't another one close by..

So I just stood in line for 15 minutes to get waited on. The gentleman in front of me was waiting for plates, he also waited 15 minutes. He went through the drive up and they didn't give him any so he ran inside to get them. Finally it was my turn, I asked for the four piece chicken meal. They were out of chicken. They told me it was a 12 minute wait. First of all, how does Kentucky fried chicken run out of chicken. Second, how poor of service is that for them to make you wait 15 minutes to give you plates and tell you they were out of chicken. Stay away from the Kentucky fried chicken in Murray Utah on 5900 South and State street. Terrible service.

This location is by far the worst kfc I've been to as far as service. I've given it 4 tries, being the nearest location to my home I've been extra lenient as far putting up with their god awful wait times (10+mins). I've yet to see more than 5 people at a time here, most of the time I see people reversing out of the drive thru bc of the wait. If you want chicken, you might as well go to the grocery store and deep fry at home and it might still be faster than this place.

The person in the drive through is never clear and the service takes to long. There are lots better locations just an extra five minutes away than this one.

I went in with my friend on the 8th of April and since then I've been very ill. I got food posining which turned into an intestinal infection. I will never go here again. And I hope they will check there temps and dates.

Worst KFC I have been to. They never have anything on hand. Tonight I went here during dinner and they didn't have any pot pies, nor any being prepared. They then included that they only had dark meat ready. This is not the first time this has happened. They never have pot pies on hand. Their drive thru is slow just to put in an order. Good thing Panda Express is around the corner for backup!

I had a great experience tonight at this location. The supervisor was super nice and helpful. Was very patient with me ( I last minute changed a few things and added some last minute things while in the drive thru) I would give 4.5 stars however my silverware was missing which is small. My over all experience was AWESOME!

KFC is always great after a hard days work, I love the pot pie and the extra crispy friend chicken thigh and drumstick. They even have desserts

Never ever have enough chicken on hand for a family size bucket. You have to wait twenty plus minutes. If my kids didn't ask for it I'd never come here. But at least I have time to write reviews while I wait .

My kids love KFC...unfortunately they never have anything on hand so I have to wait at least 20 minutes every time I go here. They are trying to cut back waste and cost but at the expense of customer service and our time. I wouldn't bother eating here.

Its still after all these years very good chicken. They have made the portions smaller but the taste is still very good. I haven't really tried many of the newer items on the menu but they sound good. I'm just too set in my ways. I have the original recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and biscuits with the honey and butter.

This location took my money 2 times. they told me that my debit card to not go through and I had to use another one the next day I checked and they charged me on both of my debit cards. I contacted the location they said they cannot refund back my money. I called corporate and they said they'll get back to me. This location takes forever to serve you even when there are no customers there. It took over 30 minutes to get through the drive-through with no other customers. The employee was so rude and made it seem like a big deal they had to make us a shake. plus my son got really sick off the chicken that night so pretty much it was just a waste of money that I double paid for this location needs to be close. It seems like the employees are stealing money
