This is my favorite bakery and I’m so sad to have moved far away from it. Nicest people, fresh desserts that aren’t overly sweet, and red bean buns with filling to the very edge of the bun! When I was a struggling teacher during COVID, Kyung’s was a welcome reprieve for me and the resilience of recovering from an unexpected closure is amazing.

The pistachio croissant here is amazing! We didn't realize it had a pistachio filling until we cut it in half. It was crisp and soft and the flavor was amazing. We loved it. We originally came here to try the cake. They recommended the raspberry chocolate. Unfortunately it fell a bit short for us. The raspberry topping just had too much lemon, for us, it was very tart. And the chocolate cake didn't taste much like chocolate. It wasn't very sweet. But I know thats usually expected with this type of cakes. The cake wasn't bad. But it wasn't our favorite. We definitely want to go back and try another flavor, maybe. Customer service is great..plenty of parking. Great price. Can't wait to try more items here!

Three of us annihilated the assorted fruit bingsu within minutes, which I didn’t think possible considering the size of the thing. It was so delicious and satisfying we couldn’t stop eating! It had the perfect ratio of shaved cream to sweet red bean paste and fruit and toppings, plus a little side of ice cream to put on top. How perfect is that? We also bought assorted desserts and pastries and scarfed them down too and when we finished we went back in to get another rice twist donut because the taste and texture were so yummy, we almost cried. Exquisitely chewy and not too sweet. We also bought more pastries and a loaf of milk bread to take home. Kyung’s bakery is a wonderful magical place!

All were a huge hit and I saw they had a soufflé cheesecake that I’ll order for my next occasion. The owners were so kind and the shop is quaint.

I've been bringing the kids and friends the milk breads and similar treats recently. Highly recommend the coffee, peanut butter, and melon breads if you've never tried asian bread buns before.
For those of you who prefer Western baked goods, the little chocolate covered almond cake was delicious and all of the cakes and tarts are always tempting.
