I had a horrible experience they didn't pack my daughters milkshake and she was bummed out and the first bite I took of my pancakes there was a hair in it. Then I called them and they said they couldn't do anything because It went through door dash Never ordering there again.

Tweaky “Honey Bucket” Tidbits
It's basically the same every time where I asked for a large sweet tea and half unsweet and always have to end up going back to the counter standing there waiting for a little bit of time before getting asked what I can be helped with which is where I tell them about the Tea being only unsweet or sometimes only sweet tea when I needed half and half today was a little bit different though as one of the crew members that initially took my order actually came out with the tea and asked me if I would try it or taste it before he walked away to ensure that I was satisfied with the half and half tea which didn't bother me but I could see some people finding that a bit odd

Slow, messed up order twice. Asked them to fix it and the screwed it up more making us go in the drive through twice. Never again.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s today. I just wanted to get a medium fry. I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium fry, the drive thru employee asked “a medium sprite, or a medium fry?” And I said “a medium French fry.” She proceeded to enter a medium sprite. I said, no, I wanted a French fry. And in response, she snapped at me to “just pull forward.”
There was a truck in front of me and I couldn’t pull quite up to the window as their truck bed was still in front of the window even though they were done ordering. I took the opportunity to get my card out of my wallet. I guess the truck pulled forward in the 5-7 seconds it took me to get my card out, and the employee at the window banged on the side of the building with a sheet pan to get my attention to pull forward. I cannot emphasize enough that I only looked down at my wallet long enough to pull my card out, in what was definitely less than 10 seconds, but probably even less than 5 seconds.
Once I got to the window, the employee asked “medium sprite?” And I again said, no I don’t want sprite, I want a medium fry. She charged me for both a sprite and a fry. At the next window, I told the employee to keep the sprite as I had not ordered it.
This was such an irritating experience, the workers were downright hostile, and all I wanted were some fries. I was charged for something i repeatedly said I didn’t want, snapped at, and had a sheet pan banged at me in one of the most unprofessional displays I have ever experienced. I will never return to this location, or maybe even to a McDonald’s. Wendy’s has better fries and much kinder employees anyway.
