The food is amazing but this review is about the service. I made online order for the family meal and added an extra quart of their mac and cheese. On the way to pick up the order they called me and said they were out of mac and cheese. They offered to replace the side but there aren't many other side options so I opted for a refund on the quart of mac and cheese. They assured me the amount would go back to my card. I waited a few days and didn't see a refund so I called the store and they said to give it a couple of days. A couple of days later there was still no refund. I called again and was told a manager would call me. No one called me and there was still no refund about 10 days later. I love the food but the last experience of being out of such a staple item and then not giving me the refund I was assured I would get has soured me on the place as of now.

This is a decent chicken finger restaurant. The upside of this place is probably the portion. I got a 6-fingers meal and I was stuffed. I ordered half fried and half grilled chicken and I enjoy the fried ones better. The grilled chicken was a bit bland. The meat is juicy and tender and the batter on the fried one is well-season, not too salty (but I think it could have been crispier). They have many options for sauce although I still prefer my fries with just ketchup. The fries and the toast are very average, not bad but nothing special about them. The place is like an old school restaurant although they keep it pretty clean.

Excellent. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The po'boys (classic and Nashville) are very filling, although the Nashville tastes more like chipotle than honey.
Update four years later: I'm upgrading their four stars to five because they've been so consistently tasty over the years. In addition to what was mentioned in my last review, I've also really enjoyed their wraps, waffles, and cauliflower wings.

I placed my order at 11:38 AM, it is currently 12:01 PM and I have not gotten it. If it’s gonna take more than 20 minutes for two chicken fingers I would tell people that BEFORE they place their order, not after you’ve already made them late for work.

I was craving so bad for some chicken waffles… found this place on the internet and decided to give it a try… I ordered take out since I was working… and ordering through their site was easy and quick.. estimated time to pick it up was 25 min.. got there and it was full of people sitting and eating their food… it was around 12:30 pm… cashier was a young boy but he was attentive to the pick up orders, checked the receipt to add all the sauces.. the food was delicious! The tenders were big and warm and so was the waffle, tried the tiger and Charlie sauce, both were amazing.: the toast is so good and big. ”Raising Cane’s” is a joke comparing to this place! Will definitely be back with the family!
