Ordered two different dishes to go and take to the hospital to see a family member. Both dishes were extremely dry. I definitely would not recommend this place to any person wanting decent food..

This Noodles and Company had excellent food. The service was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The experience was much better than I had expected. The atmosphere was a 3, but only because it's a lower level restaurant, not because there was anything bad about the atmosphere.

There was nothing wrong, per se, just an odd feeling of them really wanting me to leave. The food was good (Lemon garlic shrimp) and the place is clean. The cashier was helpful as I said I'd never been there before. She gave me recommendations with a voice so small it was almost inaudible. Several delivery people came in getting orders, I never heard any words spoken . Period. In all, it was just kind of an odd experience. Not bad, just a little odd.

i have been eating the Japanese noodles ever since they came to Utah. I crave them and get them at least once a month. Ever since they got their new menu they must have changed the recipe. The sauce no longer has any heat to it ( it was fairly mild but now is very bland). the steak is not seasoned and the noodles are not carmelized. So disappointing. Go back to the old recipe this dish is now so bland and unoriginal. Someone sure messed it up. I want my yummy Japanese noodles back!!!
Well worth it going to this location. Food was great and the service was above and beyond. Cannot get better then this. 10 stars from me!

We ordered our food online for pickup. We did modify one dish due to food sensitivities. When we went to pick up the staff made a rude comment that they had to redo one of the dishes because of the modifications. All we modified was not fried onions and no ranch. They were more interested in talking to themselves instead of helping their customers. When we got the food and went home, one of our dishes was fine, the one that wasn't modified. The one that was cold, very little cheese sauce, and way to much buffalo sauce. Not very happy with what we got after being treated that bad.

Went here with my mom and had a wonderful experience as usual. Staff were kind, service was fast, and food was top notch. Soda machine was kind of sticky but that's to be expected. Booth seats are kind of torn up but still comfortable. Highly recommend Wisconsin Mac n' cheese with a side of Korean barbecue meatballs.
