This location has seemed to change for the better. My servings have been at good portion and no longer dry. Thanks for letting me enjoy my food.
I haven't been to this location in a while because of the constant errors in my food. This time it was right but barely a hint of taste to my Penne Rosa. It was literally pasta leaves and cheese. Not even a full chicken breast. 5 bite size strips. I feel for the industry but I'm tired of supporting you and getting taken advantage of because the right thing to do is to get it to go.

While this was a delivery as it always is ( the dasher was very prompt and good with notices as to their process). This is the first time I have been disappointed with any order from Noodles and Co. The dressing for the Caesar salad was tainted (glad I dip each bite instead of pouring it all over) plus, the lettuce was wilted and brown. The pasta was not well coated with sauce and the vegetables were sparse. Some of the chicken chunks were unchewable. All of the pasta was barely warm. Now I will be hesitant to order dinner from them. I hope they sort out and resolve the shortcomings. Wish I had taken pictures.

Lemon garlic shrimp scampi gave me food poisoning. I eat that same dish all the time at other locations, only gotten sick at this one. Service was friendly though

We had a long day and out people exhausted meter was so capped it was broken 😂 We just wanted food. So here we went and they were such chill and cool and understanding folks. Young gal at the Register was an absolute delight and totally understood I was just done with the day in general and wanted to go home 😂
But she and the rest of the staff made the night end on a fabulous note and let us go home full of good food and more at peace for the day .
I was obviously having a day so was very grateful for the team that day (late afternoon/evening of 10-27-2025) Thank you guys.
Ordered 2 orders of chicken noodle soup. When the order arrived our soup was chicken, noodles and broth. Not a vegetable in sight. Very disappointed

The young short blonde manager Brooke was absolutely horrible to my daughter & I. Practically kicked us out immediately upon the store closing, despite the fact we arrived almost 45 prior to them closing & our food being served very cold, so having to ask for it to be warmed up which they were not able to do, instead gave a neew scoop of sauce which didnt really help except for for a few minutes until it too got cold. She also forgot to add the side of chicken to our order saying it was because I never told her what kind I wanted, when even her own employee confirmed i did in fact tell her, & then when she brought me the chicken for my 7 year old daughter that was also ice cold. Very disappointed. Took my daughter for our girls night out there cuz shes been asking to go there specifically for months and thats the experience we had. I dont put that on noodles on company, it was because of Brooke's very poor attitude & her other male employee told me at the register that she had been having a bad day all day so like, apparently I wasnt the first one to have issues with her that day either.
