i have been eating the Japanese noodles ever since they came to Utah. I crave them and get them at least once a month. Ever since they got their new menu they must have changed the recipe. The sauce no longer has any heat to it ( it was fairly mild but now is very bland). the steak is not seasoned and the noodles are not carmelized. So disappointing. Go back to the old recipe this dish is now so bland and unoriginal. Someone sure messed it up. I want my yummy Japanese noodles back!!!

We ordered our food online for pickup. We did modify one dish due to food sensitivities. When we went to pick up the staff made a rude comment that they had to redo one of the dishes because of the modifications. All we modified was not fried onions and no ranch. They were more interested in talking to themselves instead of helping their customers. When we got the food and went home, one of our dishes was fine, the one that wasn't modified. The one that was cold, very little cheese sauce, and way to much buffalo sauce. Not very happy with what we got after being treated that bad.

Went here with my mom and had a wonderful experience as usual. Staff were kind, service was fast, and food was top notch. Soda machine was kind of sticky but that's to be expected. Booth seats are kind of torn up but still comfortable. Highly recommend Wisconsin Mac n' cheese with a side of Korean barbecue meatballs.

My wife found what looks like 2 hairs in her food. They only offered to refund the Mac and cheese because that’s the food that was contaminated. Of course we didn’t want to eat any of it. I didn’t realize she found the second one in her other dish. We had to go buy food somewhere else after.
Food was very awful noodles were not cooked all the way and the cheese bread was rock hard and all round I was very disappointed and would not go back and the Cashier was very disrespectful.

They had a current special "kids eat free with adult entree". But you had to ask for it. My daughter and I knew our order so we didn't spend time looking at the menu board. So I ended up paying for a kids meal that by special should have been free. Way to go Noodles & Co. 😒
We won't be back. I'd rather go to resturants that are more honest in their pricing.

I adore Noodles and Company and am sad to leave this review. The couple of times I've come to this location they have messed up my order. This last time we ordered food to go and once I realized my order was messed up, we didn't have time to go back. I ordered the penne rosa with no mushrooms, and SO many mushrooms were put in and the sauce tasted like...a taco?...that's the only way I can think to describe it. I've ordered the penne rosa many times and it's never tasted like that.
