Coffee was delish. Recommend oatmilk latte 16oz. Add an extra shot and delishly strong and perfect. - this coming from a coffee snob :). They also did a cup of foam for my daughter so she felt like she was drinking coffee also. Very friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience.

I was in Wednesday night shopping at Nordstrom for my daughters birthday. We went to the EBar and I walked up and asked at 7:48 for an iced storm mocha and the barista then said sorry we don’t make those? I said like at all or in general? She said, “we’re like closing soon and that’s why…”So they couldn’t make a drink within 2 min and clean the blender 2 min after that?Instead “Linda” had terrible customer service and lost my business for good. This is my fav spot for coffee. I feel like the EBar has mastered the frozen Mocha.I asked for the baristas name that helped me and she said Linda but she could of been lying.She had really short hair and brown hair. Lol do not trust her or this location.

Convenient location just outside of Nordstroms inside fashion place mall. They have delicious coffee drinks to not so delicious smoothies that are priced high but your paying for convenience. One thing we all love is the pomegranate drink they have which is delicious! They also have grab and go foods along with cookies and pastries. Usually a line but it moves quickly and you get your drink pretty fast too! Nice places to sit to take a break and enjoy your drink and snack.

Highly disappointed with the quality of this shop. The orders took a long time. The staff were on their phones, with bare hands, half of the time they were working, and then would put the phones in their pockets and keep working on orders, with bare hands and without washing hands. I was grossed out. My drink wasn't very good either. I've had this drink more times than I can count over the past decade and it used to be quite good. Not going to this place again!

Working at Starbucks for two an a half years going to a newer coffee shop expecting the same vibrant upbeat experience was greatly disappointed when I was greeted with a sour face and rude customer service everyone behind the counter acted like they would rather do anything but be pleasant and inviting poor way to gain customer rapport

Would be 5 stars because they are usually awesome and a destination for me and my girl. But the last time the guy taking the orders must have been burnt out from the holiday rushes because he was really rude.
The employees here need an attitude adjustment. Our drink was made incorrectly and we politely asked it to be fixed and literally got an eye roll. Unacceptable. ??♀️ Not sure what I did wrong when I paid $7 for oat milk and ice

Would of been 1 star if not for Tristan. Got the wrong drink then what I ordered. When I tried to get the female barista attention she turned and started chatting with one of the boys, they hugged and walked to the back while I was trying to talk to them, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Had to stand in line again! But Tristan understood my problem and fixed it right then for me and was very kind about it. Will not be coming back.
