I love Notom!! Every drink I've had there is well-balanced and delicious, and the customer service is perfect. I can get pretty nervous ordering food and such, especially before I'm caffeinated, and I've never once felt like an idiot when I take a long time to decide or give the wrong card or stumble over my words. The folks there have a real way of putting you at ease.
The food's pretty good too, if a little limited, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options. That said the coffee is definitely the main draw, and Notom nails it every time.
It's drive thru only, so there's only so much that can be done for the store atmosphere, but they've worked well with what they have. Highly recommend!

The matcha is so good!!! Best matcha I have found in Utah. The worker got us through the drive thru pretty fast even tho there was a line; she seemed to be the only one working. Definitely recommend this place!!!
