Ordered pickup. Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice extra sauce on the side. received dried out chicken, dry white rice and no sauce on the side. Very disappointed.

We ordered through door dash on Dec 26, 2024 for dinner. First time I was disappointed. My honey seared chicken was very dry, I ordered extra sauce and did not receive. My brown rice was also very dry. Pork egg rolls were chewy not crispy. My guys Mongolian beef was good but his fried rice was somewhat soft. We received no fortune cookies with order. This meal being delivered was $90.00. If we had been dining in I would have sent it back. I and my guy Jake have ordered from you several times and this is the first time it was subpar. Food was burnt tasting and the shrimp fried rice tasted like it had dish soap in it. There were 6 of us and the only thing worth eating was the wantons and fried green beans. Extremely disappointing.

My husband tonight ordered Kung Pao Beef. His meal was the worst, the beef was terrible, very tough. We were with a group of friends, so he didn't say anything. Needless to say, we will not be returning to PF Chang's. Our waitress Desiree, however, was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant.

Your place is a dump. Lousy service, lying waitress, screaming kids , filthy table, not a single drink or glass of water before appetizers arrived. We finish appetizers and were told drinks are on the bar and on the way. I went and checked. Bartender had no idea what I was talking about.
Got back to my table and main courses had arrived and still nothing to drink. The fried rice was cold. We got up and walked out.

P.f. chang’s is always delicious but an even better experience when you have great service. our waiter sean was AMAZING and gave us the best service we have had in a while at a restaurant. he was fun, positive, and provided us with a great dining experience! couldn’t recommend him enough give this man a promotion!!!!!
