When we walked in and said we had a reservation the host and manager asked many questions, trying to find our reservation. I showed the email confirming our reservation through Open Table and the host whispered to the manager “it's through Open Table” the manager then told me that they don't see reservations through Open Table and asked again how many was in our party and said they'd do their best to find us a table. I asked why they're accepting reservations through Open Tables and she argued that I was at fault for not going through their website to make a reservation. They then proceeded to give us dirty looks as we waited in the lobby. Our server was very short with us and our daughters chicken was so over cooked it was inedible.
Natick Mall location. dirty tables everywhere. no hostess at hostess station. waited 10 minutes for her to show up. asked about wait tine was told 45 minutes gave name and phone number. never got a text. 3 hours later got a text asking how we enjoyed our meal. I knew by all the dirty tables and the sad faces of the guests at the other tables we dodged a bullet.
This place is pretty consistent, you know what you are going to get. Will I go back? Yes but it not part of my regular rotation. Location worked for our party of 6.
Wow, PF Chang’s quality had declined badly! We ordered delivery via Uber Eats from the downtown Indianapolis location, and it was SO disappointing! I honestly think we got yesterday’s leftovers that had been reheated, and we ordered after they just opened for dinner! The Mongolian beef was dry and chewy like jerky and there was MAYBE a half cup of meat (NO sauce) on the dry bland brown rice; the shrimp and chicken on the Singapore noodles was also dry, chewy, and maybe a half cup of both meats combined (I didn’t get the extra sauce on the side that I’d ordered, either); the chicken lettuce wraps have always been my favorite there, but they are now bland and the “sauce” that came in a cup with it just tasted like watered-down soy sauce; the kids meal of honey chicken was just fried chunks of chicken with no sauce, dry and totally bland; the fried rice tasted ok but again the chicken in it was dry little chunks and there was barely any in it. VERY disappointing! This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but I’ll never waste my money there again!
I was very disappointed. We went on Mother's day.The service and server was great, however the food was not. We ordered White rice which was a mound of over cooked sticky rice. My son's orange chicken was hard, either overcooked or refried. but the worst part was the location I was seated. Throughout the meal I watch the cook preparing meals and spill food of the wet floor. the whole time we were there no one mopped or swept up the mess on the floor. It is ashame the back of the house is not as clean as the front of the house. We will never eat there again. If I was a health inspector, they would been cited. I took picture and wish I could post it here.
I’m so disappointed in Changs. We have been going every Mother’s Day for about 14 yrs. The food has changed, the menu changed and even the service. No pork at all, the pepper steak is now real spicy and the servers no longer bag up your leftovers. The food tastes completely different. The gf Mongolian beef was better than the original. The portions are much smaller for more money. We will not be going back next year.
Several months ago I gave the Arlington, Virginia venue a five star review, but it has gone downhill abruptly just like the stock market. The company-wide happy hour menu has been changed to higher prices and fewer hours, I guess because it was seen as an easy way to squeeze more money out of guests. I hosted an event at the Ballston location and arrived to a hot room with no a/c. Another cost savings??? Never again!
Service was great. Very attentive and food was good. The set up of this location vs the downtown location is not my preference, but it is closer and the food is consistent.
Server was good, but had too many tables. Food was OK, but not exceptional. Noise level was too high to carry on conversations at table. Being attached to a mall, parking was hard to find. Not a great value for Chinese food.
Jordan creek location in Des Moines. Food was terrible. Wontons were stale. Honey shrimp was burnt and literally had no taste. Chow mien super bland. Ridiculously priced when Panda Express tastes better.

Food was not good. Order was incorrect. Did not get everything ordered
The restaurant DOES NOT LOOK at the Open Table platform, we were told by the hostess, so the reservation was useless. Food was terrible at best
Yeah it's Chinese food. it all tastes exactly the same as everyone else. your paying for extra.
Ordered pickup. Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice extra sauce on the side. received dried out chicken, dry white rice and no sauce on the side. Very disappointed.
We ordered through door dash on Dec 26, 2024 for dinner. First time I was disappointed. My honey seared chicken was very dry, I ordered extra sauce and did not receive. My brown rice was also very dry. Pork egg rolls were chewy not crispy. My guys Mongolian beef was good but his fried rice was somewhat soft. We received no fortune cookies with order. This meal being delivered was $90.00. If we had been dining in I would have sent it back. I and my guy Jake have ordered from you several times and this is the first time it was subpar.
