We had a less than pleasant experience (a small black plastic top fell into my daughter’s drink. My water had particles floating around in it. My meal portion was small.) and have not heard back from anyone.

What happened to your food? You used to be my family’s go to spot about 10 years ago then you started changing your menu-starting with the salt and pepper calamari. Now the food quality is just bad.

The hostess greeted us promptly and our server was polite and professional. Our appetizers arrived quickly and our food was perfectly timed after the starter courses. We tried the pork egg rolls for the first time and they were crispy with a spicy hot honey mustard sauce. The pepper steak, Chang's spicy chicken, BBQ ribs, lettuce wraps and firecracker shrimp were on point. Our chocolate soufflé and chocolate peanut butter cream pie desserts were delicious. Always a great experience at this location.

I’ve never experienced such disgusting food in my entire life. I ordered the Mongolian chicken and the northern spareribs. Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed, for this to be such a well-known establishment to have given me hard day old ribs is absurd. The rice was over cooked and the chicken was undercooked.Now I do understand that from time to time in restaurants there can be some oversight when it comes to things like making changes to menu items. So I called the restaurant and I waited on hold to speak with a manager to tell them the things that was wrong with the order mind you I did not want anything in return, but I wanted them to be aware of the situation. It seemed like the manager just wanted to get me off the phone so he just offered me a gift certificate to the restaurant. I expressed to him that I had no interest in coming to the restaurant ever again nor did I want anything from the restaurant. I just wanted them to be made aware that their food was not edible. And I understand one person never coming to the restaurant again is not going to hurt them as a business. But all in all between the food being wrong and me feeling as if I was be tossed to the side as if my complaint wasn’t valid was completely unacceptable especially when I made it clear. I was not looking for a handout or a free meal. I was looking to give you honest feedback.

We wanted almost 2 hours for our food! Waitress hardly even came around. Food was just ok. Not coming back!

the food was absolutely horrible! upgraded both meals one with pork fried rice the other with lomein. the rice was unedible it was crunchy mushy and looked as bad as it smelled. both chicken meats were mushy, the hot soup was disgusting we both tried 1 spoon and couldn't do it. the salad was dry plain lettuce and stale chips on top. the 6 crab wontons we both forced 2 down. it was fishy not sweet no cream. no silverware till well after soup and salad came we had to ask for these. no appetizer plate. 70 bucks of goodness. never again!!
