Love the food but service could be better. Ordered a plate and was willing to wait for a beef entree be ready. Came back and the people behind me got the beef so I waited extra when I was waiting longer. Also my gift card somehow got hacked/drained so I maybe calling corporate.

So I left my purse after eating here, realized it, and hurried back! Amber at the front put it behind their counter for me. I appreciate this so much. Honest people are hard to find these days. I'm so thankful!!! I hope she goes far at this company ? ?

Can you imagine they asked me why I'd never come back, they had nothing to say at all after I spoke to them, they acted like I didn't exist anymore after I paid. No I dont want your food that the chef cooking has his stomach touching the food while he walks it to serving area, then serving it to me, that is not sanitary. 2. The guy that was serving my food, after telling him to please make sure to grab my food from the other end of the noodles he replied ok then I see my food touch the side of the counter top then in my plate, like thinking mattered . Talk about Poor customer service
I'd recommend this management spend more time teaching how to be sanitary and respect the clients. If I had health license I'd definitely do something A.S.A.P about this place.

Ordering ahead online is pointless here. Arrived after the time my order was supposed to be ready waited 10 minutes before anyone even addressed me about what order. Told them the name it wasnt ready employee went and made the order right then and bagged it up and put it on self in the back instead of handing it to me. Waited another 5 minutes to be addressed again to finally get my order. I could have gone through the line and ordered when i got there and gotten my food faster than placing an online order.

Overall, I'm a fan of Panda Express. Have been to this location lots through the years, and my ratings were higher. This visit I felt extremely rushed even though there wasn't anyone behind us. As I was waiting for my food, I was looking for a place for my wife and I to sit. Most of the tables were dirty from previous dinners. We decided to get it to go. Wasn't overly impressed with the dry fried rice and low mein. The orange chicken was hard, too. It just seemed it lacked some quality control this visit. I'll go back because of my previous experiences. Hopefully it'll be a better experience.
