Andi and Ruth have HORRIBLE customer service and horrible attitudes! Only ones in line and Andi doesn’t even greet us just says “next” and is just very rude during the whole order. I mentioned a bad review and Andi and Ruth stood together talking about us and laughing, I guess to go orders are more important than the customer standing directly in front of you. Then they gave us the wrong order.

Why can’t the Uber Eats order ALWAYS be ready when I arrive to pick it up? We dont get paid by the hour to stand here and wait for the order to be prepared. They should prioritize the uber delivery orders or don’t use uber eats.

I came in yesterday 7/29 at 8pm, everyone who was on this shift deserves an award. Clean restaurant, amazing staff, friendly and knowledgeable, they got me to try a dish I never would have looked twice at before. Staff communicated and worked together so well and efficiently. Best Panda Express experience I've ever had. And the food was delicious, fresh and still hot when we made it home.

Probably one of the best panda express restaurants I have ever went too, not only was the staff accommodating and the food was fresh, hot and tasty! I got Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken for my wife and Honey sesame chicken for myself! Everything tasted incredible!! Jocelyn and Jezelle were so amazing!!! These two deserve a raise because of their generosity I will definitely make the drive from Salt Lake to this location anytime I’m craving Panda! Thank you for making my day frfr

Love the food but service could be better. Ordered a plate and was willing to wait for a beef entree be ready. Came back and the people behind me got the beef so I waited extra when I was waiting longer. Also my gift card somehow got hacked/drained so I maybe calling corporate.
