Pizza looks/tastes like it was made days ago. Entire pizza was flat as paper. Crust was as hard as a rock. Pizza was so dry it wasn’t even edible. The worst pizza I’ve ever received in an order ANYWHERE. Absolute waste of money and time. I order from here regularly and it’s usually pretty good quality and staff is generally nice and friendly. This pizza was so horrible it needs to be brought to attention.

Apparently, they’re working with DoorDash now and my order was never delivered so I had to fight to get a refund back. I will never order delivery from this Pizza Hut again considering the hassle It was just to get a refund. The DoorDasher number they gave me was someone who couldn’t speak English and so…me now knowing Spanish couldn’t communicate effectively and it to resolve the issue.

Very consistent must be why they’re still in business and oh yeah their pizza is really good too, and they have many options! Not the dirt cheapest but definitely affordable

The manager Marlene was very argumentative and rude when we brought to her attention that the four sodas we were buying to go with our pizzas should have been rang up as the $4 special for a two pack of 20 oz sodas. She’s then proceeded to tell us that the way we were trying to explain the special that it didn’t work that way in her brain. She rang it up as individual sodas and when we tried to correct that it should be $4 she got defensive and very argumentative and that went on for ten minutes. She wouldn’t give any information on who her manager is and told us we can go online to get that information ourselves that she’s not giving it to us. We’re not sure if we will ever eat at that Pizza Hut as long as she is the manager.

Wanted to compare Pizza Hut and Papa Murphy's pizza by eating at the same time side by side. I even told them when I placed the order that was what we were doing. What a disappointment. Pizza was saggy, vegetables seemed thin. I don't even think this pizza would have met their own standards.

They now charge for paper plates & cheese packets (really know how to nickel & dime their customers). The breadsticks are like cinder blocks completely unchewable (consistency reminiscent of jaw breaker gumballs). The boneless wings are absolutely horrible and tiny for the price. Their hours are awfully short. Hours are also erratic. Have visited when should have been open and they weren’t. The guy that rings you up is usually jovial. But the location is tiny and isn’t clean. Wait times can be bad like nearly a hour sometimes.
Avoid the tavern pizza with pesto sauce it is awful tastes like cardboard with sweat on it. Was one of fhe first restaurant pizzas I’ve ever thrown half away. It was so bad wouldn’t have even left it for stray animals to eat. It looks like one of those freezer aisle Totino’s pizzas that are only $2. But what’s astonishing is the 2 buck Totino’s are actually better.
The last time got pizza at this location it was awful. The large pepperoni pizza was half crust, chewy and overcooked. Almost no cheese and too much sauce. It was so bad called to complain. But they were closed so called the 1-800 number.
The time before last we ordered a pizza for dinner. They said about a hour wait. Went to store while waited. When got back they turned us away said they were closed and our pizza had been thrown away. Not what want to hear on a day didn’t have the time to eat lunch.
Ordered the tavern style pizza, was as hard as cardboard and they didn't cut it correctly. Won't order there again

Their app is messed up. I ordered pizza, pasta and breadsticks. I repeated the entire order to my family it was all in there. When I paid for it and went to pick it up, there was no pasta and it was the same price. The receipt didn’t show pasta either. On the app it was 7.79 but because I had to order it by itself I had to pay an additional 12.00! By the time everything was done the pizza was a little undercooked, the pasta was disgusting but the garlic cheesy bread was fire! I told the rep that it wasn’t right and he wouldn’t offer to give me the pasta for the sale price. He just sat there and waited for me to reorder it, pay for it again knowing I was pissed.
