Literally sat there and waited for my order for 20 extra minutes due to Taylor not knowing how to do her job. They didn’t put a name on the order, nor did they even try to find it until the manager came out. Ridiculous service from a very untrained and unprofessional staff.

Ick, ick, ick. It would have been more cost effective to throw $40 out the front door. The pizza barely arrived- cold, but burned, no less. The cardboard box it came in probably had more flavor. The delivery driver parked in front, drove away, and eventually returned. Four numbers on the house and four (matching) numbers on my order and he couldn't figure out where to go. He stood at the bottom of the porch steps, apparently so unsure of the address that he waited for someone to collect the pizza from him! So crazy!

We had a terrible experience with this location. I placed an order the day before (24 hours in advance) for a delivery at 1 PM today. Twice our delivery got canceled and the last one got canceled right before 2:30. We called this location and were told that the food had been sent out with “10 delivery drivers” but we never received our order. We asked for them to make it right because it was $70 worth of food and after some back and forth, we were told “We will credit it back to you” and hung up on us. While we’re glad we’re getting the money back, this is not the first time we have had issues with them. This will be the last time we will be ordering from them.
