The Service was awesome, they weren't too busy which made the whole experience better. The food has gotten better since last time we came here. they seemed to be really focused on us and it made our experience better. We came with my dad who has a medical condition which makes his odor unbearable for most situations and they didn't bat an eye at it. we kept apologizing but my dad didn't seem to notice. this was a really good experience for my family because of this. I think we won't wait so long to come back as the experience was better than expected.
The service was great, fast and friendly. The Mahi Mahi was delicious. However, I found not 1 but 2 hairs during my meal. 1 in the appetizer and the other.....I sipped into my straw from my glass of water!! A huge long hair in my throat! They took off the appetizer, which was discounted anyway for the Happy Hour promo.

I was at the Red Lobster in Murray to try Lobster fest. I had ordered 3 items and when I received my plate one of my tails was cold, my rice was cold and my l Lobster mac and cheese was luke warm. My broccoli was hot and my other tail was too. I thought it was just in my head.
When I figured out it wasn't in my head i finally spoke up. I pulled aside who I thought was a waitress, but turned out to be the food prep chef Mgr. We spoke and my waitress came over.
Between the two of them my service was awesome. My food was replaced with hot food plated all at the same time. They were both understanding and extremely helpful. I highly recommend sitting at the table by the bar with Jenn.

In the past, I've always loved Red Lobster, but in the past 3 times I've been, it seems like the quality has taken a big hit downward.
We ordered 2 large seafood platters (what else would you get at a place named for its SEA food?)
The lobster tail didn't seem fresh even though they were cooked live?
Our scallops were extremely overcooked, and we had to get them re-made (I very RARELY send things back to the kitchen, anywhere)
The crab was mid, and the shrimp was the best entrée item we got.
Our server was great, quick service, and kept our bread full. The best part of our meal were the SIDES (Bacon macaroni, balsamic Brussel sprouts, and coconut shrimp)
All in all, it's not a bad experience but a big letdown on our food. (Not cheap for how bad it was)

Used OpenTable to make a reservation, arrived on time only to find out these reservations mean nothing to this place. You arrive and the put you in the back of a line and you wait until it’s your turn. Why take reservations if they aren’t going to treat them as such? Horrible Horrible service, avoid this place.

We had dinner on a Tuesday night not very busy and we still had to wait 40 minutes for our food to be delivered and when we talked to the manager she said it was only sixteen minutes either way the food was cold and the manager basically called us liars and not to come back which she didn’t have to because I’ll never go there again. Terrible service and people!!

Dined here for my birthday tonight, food took 30+ minutes to come out and was COLD. The "manager" Jessica Selis came over and told us we were lying and kicked us out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID!!!

We stopped eating at Red Lobster for a while because it got to be very expensive and the quality of the food declined. We decided to try it again and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we received and the price tag for the meal. My wife and I agreed that we would start eating at Red Lobster more frequently. I had the Basil Mahi and my wife had the coconut shrimp. Both were very good and reasonably priced. Our server, Jenn, did a great job.
 we had a 730 reservation and we sat down at about 930 absolutely terrible unacceptable
Booked for Valentines Day. When I arrived I was informed they didn't take reservations and could go to the end of the line that was out the door. I was told this by a customer, not an employee. Called them from outside and they confirmed they didn't take reservations. So I went elsewhere. The business should not be on the Open Table app.
Reservation? Yes, we see you have a reservation but please stand it that long line of people without reservations and we will seat you as you arrived. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Defeated the entire purpose of having a reservation. Easy to see why this chain is going out of business.
Even if you have a reservation you will stand in line at the front for over 30 minutes. They are terrible at managing their incoming traffic.
