Red Lobster

Unfortunately, this was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was overly greasy and buttery, which made it hard to enjoy. Our server checked in, but didn’t pre-bus the table, so we were left with a stack of dirty dishes throughout the meal. On top of that, the whole place feels dark, outdated, and just kind of depressing to sit in. Definitely not what I expect from a national chain like Red Lobster.

The lady at the front wasn't smiling, just looked down. Smelled like the place could use a good steam cleaning. Food was great though!

We don’t really go to Red Lobster for the food anymore and we almost stopped going there all together because the last 3 times the food was just alright but the service was horrible but Jordan changed all of that for us so we came in tonight hoping to be sat in her section. We were shocked to find out what happened to her and even tho our server tonight (Megan) was kind we will not be returning to this location. Jordan definitely made up for what you were lacking here. On whatever platform I can leave that feedback I will be doing so

Everything was great, our waitress forgot the drink refills twice, but they were super busy and we were near the end of our meal when we needed them so it was no issue for us. Despite us saying it was fine, they apologized with a free ice cream. It was also nice to see the manager wasn't just supervising. He was helping bus tables, wipe things down, seat people etc. Out of every red lobster I've ever eaten at, these guys knew how to handle things and did a great job! (Also got to see a super rare import Honda Accord SiRT in the parking lot. It was there when we got there and when we left so im hoping it's employees so they can see that for us it was wonderful to see it. Like sprinkles on top of ice cream, just wrapped the visit up nicely.)

The food was good. The service was poor. I get they were busy but we sat for like 15 minutes without ever a visit from the waitress. She told my brother twice that she'd bring him a refill and didn't. Never topped off the waters. Kids plates should come out first for hungry, board kids, and not be hot plates so they burn their little finger. And really? Kraft mac and cheese? That's pretty sad.

Our server, Jordan, was amazing. She has an engaging personality, she was able to get our teenagers to laugh, and she was fast and funny.
Oh, the food was good, too. (Seriously, we haven’t been to Red Lobster for a while, and the food today was a major improvement over the last time. Not sure what you’re doing differently, but keep doing it!). Hopefully, we’ll get Jordan as our server then next time we come back!

We had the best experience with Megan as our Server. It was our granddaughter‘s 17th birthday and she did such a fantastic job taking care of us. She was attentive and authentic. Always loved the cheddar biscuits as well!
