Went to use my credit that I have earned and being informed I can not use it unless it covers the full amount. That’s about the stupidest thing ever. The lad y working was amazing and just following policy. I will not be making anymore purchases through any of your locations anymore.

They never answer their phone you can’t pre-order anything they don’t even have an app. They don’t do points for multiple purchases. There’s no reason to go to Roxbury anymore. Jamba Juice is way better.

My smoothie was barely blended and left me with a stomach ache. The area that it was prepared didn’t seem especially clean and an employee itched their nose while preparing things. I love Roxberry. This is the only location I have been disappointed.
