Slowest of slow service. Oh my god. I was the only one in the drive thru and it took them 20 minutes to get my smoothie. This is so stupid!

Terrible service. Ordered a juice cleanse and went to pick it up at the ordered day and time (Monday 10am) and it wasn’t prepared and they couldn’t prepare it until Thursday. We also ordered a bowl and a smoothie and it took more than 15 minutes to get those and the place was empty. The employees’ apathy was terrible.

My wife and wife have been going to Jamba juice we for a while and wanted to try something new. Instead of Jamba juice, the service is Hella slow, not even busy, the first one in the drive thru
The only thing better than South jordan one is to fill the pretzel bite all the way up to the top the the south jordan was fill it half way up, and it's not worth 4 dollars

Stella, is the only one I trust to make my smoothie. She is kind and smart and most importantly she makes sure her hands are clean every time.
Never had a negative experience here! I was having a crappy day and one of the employees wrote a very nice note on my smoothie and it made my day! Staff are incredible and kind! I get the pina colada smoothie and it’s delicious! Definitely recommend!🫶

Was impressed with my visit today because the team member who helped me gave me a warm greeting, answered my questions confidently and made my smoothies impressively quick. The location was in immaculate shape which added to the positive experience. It’s probably hard to screw up a smoothie and mine were made perfectly. I also love their açai bowls because they are made with fresh ingredients and fill me up. Great location with great staff. 5/5 smoothie rating!
