I absolutely love this place, their food is the bomb. I don't usually get a single slice though, I would recommend ordering a whole pizza or trying their pasta! It's always super delicious when they make it to order. A bit on the pricey side, but, you get what you pay for! 😋

I gave it a 1 star because me and my wife went there to establish and they have 4 ppl just standing around not helping customers so I finally said can I get some help and they still didnt help makes me not want ro come back

Love this pizza it's the absolute best it's just crazy how when you get bread sticks there is no dipping sauce ever and when you mention it they never know what your talking about on the menu it shows a cup of marinara sauce when orded bread sticks but even delivered or being at store you never get some pretty stupid

My friend and I decided to give the Sbarro’s pizza in the food court at Fashion Place Mall a try. The Pizzas are premade and put on display in an unheated area. When you pick out what you want, they run the pizza through an electric heater to warm it up a little bit. Our pizza was barely warm. The toppings would slide around on A soggy cold thin crust. I ate it because I was hungry not because it was good. I will definitely not be back, terrible food.

I have been to this location many times. It has actually been about a year since my last successful visit. I say successful because there's always been a problem and I ended up leaving empty-handed.
However this time was much different, Brenda, who made our pizza and helped us along with her colleagues Sadie, Elizabeth we're so nice and so helpful. The pizza couldn't have been better, she even commented that she Left it in a little longer because she knows the supreme gets very center doughy and didn't want that. I think the little reviews are from previous management maybe or a different crew but they were excellent. Custom made us a half and half pizza that they didn't have to do but they did it for us anyway.

I had a frustrating experience at Sbarro. I ordered a Starry drink(clear drink) and three waters, but all were served in identical cups. My Starry drink was severely diluted, and I didn't realize it until I was back at my table. When I went to exchange it, the situation became unnecessarily difficult. One employee dumped my drink, and then, after a conversation with the original server, I was told I'd have to pay for a replacement, as they believed it was just water. Despite my explanation that it was my diluted Starry, both employees were rude and unhelpful. To prevent this confusion, Sbarro should consider using distinct cups for water. I won't be coming back. Disgusting!

We stopped sbarro Pretty close to when they were closing, which I hate to do, but they were so cool and had no issue with it! Brenda was super kind and hospitable! We will definitely be coming back to this place anytime that we are shopping at fashion place.

Wonderful service from Marley and Ella!! Ella was very nice and helped walk me through all their options, explaining the price and the different combinations! You can pretty much choose whatever food you want and make it a combo, they also offer off menu items like chicken parm!! Thank you Ella !!

Went on a Sunday and they didn’t have pizza. How in the world does a pizza place not have pizza. Ended up having cold spaghetti and the lady at the register was super rude.
