On 1/28/2024 2:30pm My husband forgot his wallet at the register while cashing out and we didn’t realize it until we left and got 15 min down the road. I called them to see if they had his wallet and if they would look around the register for us and the women who answered (didn’t speak great English) Rudely said “I don’t have time for this!” And hung up on me!!! I was shocked to be treated so poorly. Losing a wallet is the worst feeling ever and she could have help us out. We drove back and went into the mall and our wallet was right where he left it surprisingly!!!! Next to the register, Amen! I needed to post this review so everyone knows that they don’t have time for helping people when they feel so desperate!! What is wrong with people. She had time to take our money but not help take a minute to go look around the register for us! Two thumbs down! Im disgusted by her and lack of concern for others when they need help.

This place nails it although I don't think that's supposed to be the caseI posted the most half-hearted lackluster effort photo of my food, it meets the same attempt at quality of sbarro

I was here on Christmas eve and it was a bittersweet experience..First of all LOVE the new management the blonde girl is very on point and truly has the customer best interest in mind. The man with the glasses and red hair is very polite and calm under pressure they work well together. However the kid that was a cashier left me questioning things he was arguing with a customer in front of my kids and the two above had handled it but the customer walked by again while I was waiting to be rung up and didn't say anything but the employee starting in on him again causing a bit altercation at which point the employee yell F you to him. Very unprofessional in my eyes. Next time listen to your managers and walk away.
Went there today(12/26) Patrick, Ray, and Joshua were great. Ray explained there Combo deal to me and said if you’re already getting the food for the combo might as well grab a drink So I did!! I got A stromboli combo, it was very hot and tasted very fresh I got a side of fruit salad and a slice of cheesecake. Let me say all the food was amazing and the customer service was amazing, Joshua was a little quiet and you could tell he was newer but he handled my order well and he recommended the lemonade. Which was very sweet but refreshing :)I highly recommend to come here, the service is spectacular and the food is even better!!!Vegetarian options: Mushroom PizzaSpinach StromboliCheese4-Cheese WhitePastasCaesar and Fruit Salad

Every time I order pickup it’s NEVER ready. I’ll wait 30 minutes just to come pick it up and they won’t even know what I’m talking about when I ask for my order. The reason I order ahead is so I don’t have to waste my time on break. It is so disappointing when I order ahead for the pizza I want almost 30 minutes ago and now they’re out? Super bad service- I hope your team does better and this is brought to attention.

I’ve been eating at this pizzeria for over 30 years. No complaints what so ever. Food divas shouldn’t eat at the mall food court, plus everything is out in the open, so look at what you pick before you pick it. Best pizza joint ever.
Talk about the most dry and most burnt pizza ever! Manager and employees would rather goof off, be lazy and get upset when you ask how long the pizza has been sitting there instead of working and making sure the food is fresh. I asked how long the pizza had been sitting there and they said since 11am it’s now 3:35 pm. Everyone who walked up to get pizza turned and walked away cause it was either burnt or dried out from sitting there for so long.

We have always gotten pepperoni pizza for like 30 years now and we went out on a limb when the new app came out and it made a supreme like pizza. And it wasn't cooked enough We had to come home heat up our oven to 500°, cook it for 6 plus more minutes it destroyed the crust but the pizza was still awesome I just wish that extra time would have been in the pizza oven so that when I pick it up it's ready to eat. I don't want to have to tell people again sorry food's going to have to be a minute I've got to finish cooking it. I know that is the normal status quo for Sbarro is they cook their pizzas put them under a heat lamp and then when you order a slice they throw them in their pizza oven for a few more minutes but when you order a whole pie to go, they can't expect you to finish the cooking. But other than that the meatballs were phenomenal like always so good I really want the recipe lol

Pretty pathetic! The punk fixing the pizzas was a smart mouth punk that refused to fix a pizza at 5:00 because he said he had fixed four that day. They don’t close until 9:00. The manager some red head was of no help. He hung up the phone when I called for assistance then when he came out of the back refused to speak with me. I can see why the help is the way they are. I also witnessed while I was waiting one of the girls working behind the counter giving the bird to another customer behind their back.
