I wanted to love this place, but the food is not good. The cheese in the cheese fries tastes off. The meat in the burgers is good. I got mine lettuce-wrapped, but it was not good enough to come back just for that. The chicken sandwich was dry and bland!!! š„²š„² And itās so expensive and has such small portions. I will stick to In-N-Out and Popeyes.

I kept hearing how great this place was. Honestly the food wasnāt terrible but it wasnāt amazing for what they charge. I did like their strawberry shake though. I personally like in and out better for flavor and price.

This location is always top tier, but tonight the manager Ash went above and beyond. I saw them in the lobby several times cleaning and checking in with customers. They checked on our table, offered refills, and cleaned up plates. We were so impressed!

The service was fast and the staff was very kind, Ethan served me the food and another staff member Nathan came and checked on me and both were extremely kind and courteous. The food was perfectly cooked and the flavor was great.

Since COVID, Iāve noticed a decline in the quality of customer service across many places, but Dale truly stood out. He was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Shake Shack is lucky to have such an exceptional team member. Thank you, Dale, for restoring my faith in great customer service!

Extremely high prices for very very small portions. Food tastes good but left starving but with no more budget to eat because it was over 50$ for literally three bites of a sandwich each. The decor is bland and the tables were worn and dirty and hard for even an extremely slim 12 year old to get in and out of. Donāt really understand why theyāre charging as much as they are for such a small portion of frozen food you could get for extremely cheaper literally anywhere else. Absolutely nothing special about this place. Do not waste your time or money. The ācheeseā fries tasted like the cheese you get out of the machine at maverick and was twice the size than any of our burgers or sandwiches.

Came here for a burger. Instead got a bacon cheeseburger. The catch? NO BACON! After I collected myself and wiped the tears from my eyes, I approached the front desk, burger in hand, and told them my troubling situation. The employee was super chill and got me a paper bag full of fresh bacon. My bacon burger was saved. And so was my experience. That man. That man is a hero. Five stars.
