We thought we’d try it out for the first time. We ordered 4 different burgers, fries, cokes, shakes with whipping. We got our burgers, no fries one shake with whipping and one shake without. Missing fries and two shakes with whipping. We informed the man who brought us the meal. He seemed aggravated. He took the shake back, returned it with whipping and our missing fries. We again informed him we still needed two more shakes, and showed him the receipt of what they were. He brought them without whipping. Which we again showed him the receipt. Again he seemed really agitated. With all that, and the kids screaming and we couldn’t even have a conversation with each other. We will NEVER return. Especially after spending over $100 plus tip.

The mushroom patty was really good. But the Parmesan cheese fries leave a lot to be desired. I was excited to order them, but for almost $7, all you get is boring fries with some canned Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Five stars, ten out of ten, would emotionally recover my hunger here again. My burger was so delicious it briefly cured all my problems. The service was incredible—friendly, patient, and shockingly competent. Yes, there was a small order mishap, but instead of panic or chaos, the employee calmly swooped in like a fast-food superhero and made sure I was fully taken care of. I left with the correct order, a full stomach, and renewed faith in humanity. If you’re considering eating here… stop considering and just do it. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

Overpriced burgers. Which quality ingredients justifies a high price? Pretty much every burger was $10-$12 I could get a more tasty fresh burger from In N Out burger for less than half the cost.

Shake shack was just amazing. Service was good atmosphere wonderful. Quick easy access to ordering. I wish it was a little more personable. You just walk up to a tablet rather than a person so there's no way to get recommendations.
Oddly, the day before I was in Los Angeles and I had a wahlburger.. both very good.. the better Burger was the wahlburger mainly because of the bun and the shredded lettuce.. the shake shack burger had a big leaf lettuce and the bun was mediocre.
When I am in salt lake I will most definitely eat here!
To be frank , I was expecting more , the food wasn't as I'm expecting to be , there is an issue with all the burger places that goes international, I've tried shake shack in saudi and UAE , and loved the heck out of it , here in the motherland its not as good ..

I usually love the food ive always loved going there since somebody i knew worked, there not long after it. opened food is usually amazing but the chicken bites have changed and im very sad about it. what happened? Everything else was as good as always ❤️
