I've only there once so far but it was pretty good. Prices were comparable but I liked how close they are to where I was the day I purchased. The colored icing is flavored which I wasn't expecting but it was good! The colors were also very bright. They were also able to place my to go order in a timely manner over the phone. The parking lot is small but easy to manage when it's not busy. Most definitely returning!

Had a Donut craving and this was the perfect place to go to! The lady that helped me gave me suggestions on the favorite donuts to have, they all tasted delicious! ? I'm coming back for more, hopefully next time they have dulce de leche donuts! ?

I love the donuts here, but the person working the counter grabbed my donut out of the case with the same pair of gloves on that she had taken cash with. No tissue or anything! Yuck. I don’t think I can come back again if this is common practice here.

Donuts just "ok". It was the lack of customer service that won't have me going back.
worst place to get donuts .the staff was super unfriendly . might as well go to Walmart .
Overpriced... Greasy, doughy donuts.... Front lobby is unappealing. A waste of your money.
The donuts were delicious. They are on the expensive side. Cost me $6.48 for three donuts. Also, the staff was terrible. Would order from them again just for pick up.
I was craving an apple fritter this morning so I headed to Shane's Donuts, and it did not disappoint. It's not only delicious but it's the size of a small European country. So good!
Called to ask if they sell kolaches The women who answered mumbled and then hung up on meEdit* I a man born in the south of Texas who grew up in Mexico, how dare you, call me discriminatory, Your female employee mumbled and when i asked her what she said she hung up on me point blank. I didn't yell at her, Didn't make fun of her, just asked her to repeat herself, I would never treat a Latino with disrespect since my parents are migrants and I'm first generation

Ordered on door dash to surprise my husband and they did not disappoint!! So good!
Hands down the BEST old fashioned glazed dounts of ANY I've tried in the past 19 years in Salt Lake County. Shane's old fashioned glazed donuts are bigger than the competitions, and they are crisp on the outside while nice and soft on the inside. Definitely give these a try if old fashioned glazed donuts are your thing!
One of the best glazed donuts in town! Let me repeat. TOP 3 BEST GLAZED DONUTS IN THE STATE.
4.4 stars for me, I liked them! Tasty, fluffy donuts. Their simple glazed donuts were the best. The other specialty donuts were OK (aside from the peanut butter cups on the PB one tasting old). Standard decent neighborhood donut shot.
I ordered donuts on doordash to be delivered to my work. I ordered almost 80$ in donuts. and while the driver was there to pick them up... the order was cancelled by the shop. No explination... the driver text me and asked if I had cancelled the order... I responded no. So I then tried to call the murray location to see what the problem was... they didnt answer there phones! I tried calling multiple times. I ended up calling there new location to see if they knew what was going on and she had no clue. I ended up getting a worse selection of donuts at the 2nd location cause it was then alot later in the day once the order was cancelled... if you wont have donuts later in the day then dont let people schedule deliveries later in the day!
