First time here and loved it!
This was my first time eating here and wow — everything was so good! The food was fresh, the staff was super nice, and the vibe was really chill. I tried the chilaquiles and it was amazing.

1,000,000 stars for the best chefs in Utah! The food and catering were absolutely incredible. We used them for our wedding and it was 1000/10 — presentation, quality, flavor, everything was perfect! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Such a great experience working with them, and we’ll definitely be using them again for future events.

Oh man, this place right off the 4500 S exit of I-15 is an absolute gem. Fun decor, attentive wait staff, and incredible brunch dishes. I had the Chilaquiles con Birria and they were excellent. The birria was spiced just right and was so tender. My wife had the Tres Leches French Toast which was almost like a bread pudding and she said it was fantastic. Mother-in-law had the Pambazo Benedict and raved about it (she is very picky about eggs benedict dishes too). Their local Millcreek coffee was so smooth and they kept the mugs full! The staff even came out to tell us where they get their coffee from, which was a nice gesture. All in all, very fair prices for excellent food, service, and ambiance. We will 100% be back. Check out this hidden treasure of a restaurant, you won't be sorry.

I was soooo happy to see pambazo on the brunch menu, along with birria chilaquiles! Many restaurants do chilaquiles now, but they don’t quite get to that authentic, wonderful taste. This place, go there, you won’t be disappointed. The staff and manager are so kind and professional and the atmosphere is beautiful! Thank you, Sobe Eats!

Five years ago, I tried their food truck and instantly fell in love with their unique take on Mexican cuisine. Fast forward to today—I came across them at an event and felt like a kid again, excited to try new dishes. I knew I had to visit their restaurant for brunch, and wow—every dish and drink was a solid 10/10. From the beautiful presentation to the amazing vibes, everything was on point. Chefs Victor and Fernando are some of the kindest, most humble chefs I’ve ever met. The birria chilaquiles? Chef’s kiss 🤌. And the concha French toast? Pure heaven. This hidden gem is an absolute must-try!
