I don't submit reviews that often, but this one deserves it. Food was AMAZING! It was catered for a recent event locally and, oh my, so tasty. Pork, beans, rice, birria, sauces etc. They had extra and so took some home and recently had it for lunch, and just as good. Gracias!!

A hidden gem! Had the carne asada plate, chilaquiles, and the concha French toast. Service was amazing, food came out fast, and everything was great. Visit here often from Nevada & we will be back!

Sobe Eats catered my daughters wedding reception and they did such an amazing job! We had 300+ people attend the reception. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no long lines for this large crowd. They keep their truck very clean and this added to the event. Some guests exclaimed “yes!!! Sobe Eats is here!” When they arrived. The tacos were amazing and everyone was so happy! Thank you Sobe eats for making this such a special day for my daughter. I would highly recommend Sobe eats for any sort of party, large or small.

We had their food truck at our junior high school Day of the Dead event it was absolutely amazing. I love the French fries with birria on top Great portion size and it was delicious. That's amazing we're also great and it was nice that they sold Jarritos.

Excellent Breakfast! At first I thought it was a catering only business. Stop in and have an excellent sit down meal! Fresh fruit looked and tasted fresh, and the chilaquiles was fresh and full of flavor! Met several of the staff and they were all very kind and friendly. Loved that Bob Marley was playing in the background, and they have food truck servicing Salt Lake too! Feel like we found a gem that we could have driven right past.
