I waited for 14 minutes for a latte today. In-store. From the time stamp on my ticket until presented at counter.

I have been to this Starbucks twice this week and both times encountered service not becoming of Starbucks. I go to Starbucks in Vegas everyday! I know your standards. Handing me an oatmeal out the window in its cup with no spoon, no napkin, no bag is unacceptable as well as the day before getting a drink made with the wrong milk. Today’s drink was barely warm. Do better!

Very slow services and Expensive
Taking 27 minutes for your a normal cup of coffee because they are short staff!

This was my second Sunday visiting this Starbucks, and I’m truly impressed. The first time I came in, the drive-through line was super long, the lobby was packed, and the team was working so hard — yet every single person still greeted customers with a smile and a genuine “Welcome!”
This past Sunday was exactly the same experience. Even though they were very busy, the staff continued to provide excellent customer service, handing out drinks with kindness and appreciation. It’s clear that this team really cares about creating a great experience for every guest. Such a pleasant store to visit!

So I don't think I need to be chastised like I'm a little 3-year-old by the drive-thru worker. I came and placed a big order online through the app it gave me a time window to show up that which I did. The lady at the window told me that I was there too early for my order at which point I explained to her the app said I could come at this time and that's what time it is she told me that I needed to come in later to give them time to make the drinks and ask if I could pull around which I did. I sat there for over 25 minutes waiting for my order. Mind you this is 15-20 minutes past the order window as I watched car after car come through the drive-thru and watched person after person go in the store and get their drinks and come back out. She proceeds to bring me out my stuff looks very irritated at me and handed it to my window and every single one of my drinks was melted it was like milk inside the cups because I had waited so long. So I had to bring them back for the people that I had got them for and we had all put them in the freezer just so that we could make them so they weren't so runny and before you say anything I did not have time after waiting close to 30 plus minutes to bring my order back and have them sit there and remake every single one of them. I had to go cuz I had the order for other people. This is not the first time that this has happened to me but this is definitely the worst time and this happened on Saturday 9/29/25, I just haven't had the time to leave the review. Now I have no problem going into other coffee shops as there are at least two different companies that are in the same vicinity of this one or I more than happy to go spend my money at a different Starbucks but I will not be treated like a 3-year-old because they were put out because they had to make so many drinks in one order. It would have taken a lot more time had I sat there in that drive-thru and ordered each drink individually with all the special requests and paid for it Etc.

We waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru and Sunny did her best to keep our drinks hot / cold but the whipped cream was disgustingly mixed with the ice in one coffee and my carmel macchiato is a Luke warm mess. I won’t be back.

I went in, second day of PSL season. There were 7+ cars in the drive through, 5 people inside, and my drink came out in less than 2 minutes and my food in less than 3.
I've come here for a while and every time the staff greet me and some even remember me!
The whole environment is pleasant and I'm always happy when I have time to stay for a few extra minutes just to enjoy the ambiance.

Vastly improved Starbucks! Baristas are super helpful and the place is very clean. They’ve stepped up their game here for sure. Also really enjoyed my chai in a glass, love the reusable option!

I usually avoid Starbucks like the plague because usually the employees are apathetic at the least and downright rude at the worst. Today it was the most convenient option so I went in fully braced for the rudeness and ready to just basically accept it. Just wanted to get what I needed and get out. I was so pleasantly surprised at this location. They were all so friendly and polite and efficient. A level of customer service you hardly see anywhere anymore. Really helped brighten up a horrible day. When I’m in this area again I will not hesitate to stop by.

Employees were nice, but the actual coffee seems to be a reoccurring problem based on past experiences and other reviews I saw. Specifically asked for light ice so that I could actually get more than 2 ounces of coffee this time around but again they filled it to the brim with ice and failed to even fill the cup with coffee. It sucks having to pay that much when 75% of the drink is ice, not coffee.

Today at 12:15 pm, while the crew of young very skilled and very busy baristas- shout out to Lana, Kenna, Nat Sofia, and Runn at the 51st & State street location in Murray, UT, these guys were taking care of a full location inside and a line of never-ending cars, outside. Every single server worked in tandem to make sure my order was remade not once but twice. These young baristas helped me with à huge disaster In my car. The lid exploded off my coffee cup, all over the tarp in the back of my car.
I went in to get paper towels to clean up the 32 ounces of liquid. Immediately they offered me another drink and microfiber cloths to soak up the liquid. This was the wonderful part, without stopping, every person behind the counter said something kind, they were coordinated enough to make sure orders still went out while addressing my catastrophe. It was like looking at a well practiced soccer team passing the ball. Great communication, the tone and attitude of everyone was helpful and supportive. No one ignored me or acted like the extra work was a bother “exceptional customer service”!
I need to mention while I was there Sofia was cleaning and restocking the coffee station. The restroom was sparkling clean, stocked and worked!
I will make sure that I come back here to find these guys working, and bring cash to tip ( everyone should consider giving a tip in appreciation. All Starbucks are not the same. I love this one across from my favorite Costco. This is my favorite Starbucks. Thank you Sofia, Nat, Kenna, Runn and Lana!
