Purchased a gift card,Starbucks employee gave me a blank one. Starbucks support and store employees refused straight up refused to give me my money back or a new card gift card even when I pointed out the girl who stole my money. But hey even if you have a receipt they won’t help you. They did print a copy of my receipt for me but refused to fix the situation.

Disappointed with the Service and Quality
This location needs to improve its employee training. The staff doesn’t seem to listen when customers clearly explain what they want. On top of that, the coffees are often not filled to the top, which is disappointing for the price. It’s not just a one-time issue either—I’ve noticed multiple mistakes with my orders and have seen similar problems happening with other customers. This level of inconsistency doesn’t reflect the high-quality Starbucks experience I’ve come to expect.

My order was fine and the people are great. I thought I’d use the bathroom for a minute while they made my drink. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING and obviously had been neglected for a long while. I opted not to use their bathroom but wait.

Parking: Depending on the time it'll be super easy or hard to find nearby parking, but even if it's full you'll be able find parking on the other side of the shopping center (closer to the IHOP)

Dont go here! Save your money and tume and go to beans and brews down the street. I just went there and the 2 ladies working there were very rude. Take some customer service training.

I love the cozy atmosphere at Starbucks. The baristas are always so friendly and make the best drinks. It’s our go-to spot for a special treat, though it can get a bit pricey. It's definitely worth it every once in a while.

Always lovely and friendly at this location!! Even when I asked a crazy obscure question about exchanging a tumbler that broke, they were helpful. A lot of people come to hang out, work or have meetings at this location, so it can get a bit loud inside. If sensitive to noise, just bring headphones. There are often a good number of people inside the shop, which proves what a great job the management and team have done to cultivate such a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. This location definitely has a feel of its own and I choose to come here, passing several other locations on the way.

Woof. The barista showed little care in making my drink in that she watered down my grande iced americano by filling it to the top of my venti cup. The ratio was wayyy off. She also spent an inordinate amount of time shooting the breeze with a customer who was clearly her friend and was pretty short with other customers.
