Just wanted to share this, I usually don’t complain but yikes might as well have charged me for a cup of ice with a side of coffee. Finished in like 2 minutes. I don’t mind if what I got would have been that serving but paying extra for venti and just getting this much ice seems absurd, I would rather prefer honesty.

A piece of advice: don't go when it's half an hour before closing time because the women who take your order will be in a bad mood and the taste of the drink is very bad. Terrible service. Only one young man who was there was friendly, but he was about to leave. Please, if you're in a bad mood, it's better not to serve the customers. I'm not going to the store to be given dirty looks. 😔

The frappe was very watery and usually they add a lot of whipped cream and this has barely anything. The customer service was good tho but the quality of the food and drinks was mid.

They should clean up, what a dirty place, you can see they don't sweep or mop the floor. The bathrooms were locked with a sign that said they were being cleaned and they were not. A clean place with cozy spaces is a pleasant environment.

So I go to a lot of coffee shops to work from my phone mostly and I started going to starbucks again just recently because of there business practices I didn't for years, but these guys are awesome.
I have always felt warm and welcome coming here, the staff is always friendly even when in the middle of a huge rush.
I've been made to feel unwelcome in 2-3 of the other locations by this area but never here. They've always been phenomenal with there customer service, and I come down to this location usually at least once per week to just enjoy a cup of coffee, and attempt some work goals I get stuck on, and never once have they been unkind or rude or anything negative towards me.
And they knock out there orders, way quick.

Good job guys, keep up the great work, oh and the chicken jalapeño thing 🔥🔥🔥

If a business is out of an ingredient, tell your customers at the window. Communication is key! Seemed a bit dirty when i walked in after having to bring back some drinks to get remade. Employees have attitude, and ill most likely give it back when you give it first 😘

Our coffees had no flavor and tasted like warm milk and espresso. Coffee was Luke warm and not hot. Cold coffee tasted the way rocks smell with a hint of oatmilk and espresso.

We initially wanted to give them a second chance to remake them (even without the cinnamon) ... but the second drinks were just as bad. Got our money back through customer service and went to a different location.
This location has gone down the last couple of years and the attitudes have only gotten worse.

If I came in with attitude, please give it back to me, I can handle it. I simply asked if my drinks could get remade (which is encouraged through customer service before filing a complaint) because they had no flavor and the employee who made them got his undies all in a twist... calm down buddy, it wasn't that big of a deal until you made it one.
