I traveled all the way across town to get ice cream here and the posted business hours showed open. 8:00pm on a Friday night and you’re closed. Lame!

These guys are theives. On Oct 16th at 9.15pm approx. They charged me $21 for 3 kid size cups with wafle. After paying, I noticed the price of a small cup with wafle was $5. I asked them price of kid size cup and one of the girl responded that it is $4. My next question was why did you charged me $21 then and she had no answer. I asked for a receipt and they said we don't have a printer to print receipt. Really? Then I asked the girl on counter to mail me the receipt and she took my email ID and told me that she emailed me the receipt but email never ccame.tjen she told me to wait for 10-15minutes for the email. I could have insulted herbut I choose to stayquiet and wait for email receipt.. It has been 8+ hours now but her email didn't come.I have never seen such lies and theives in my life ever before.

Let me tell you about a young man who works at this store Zack. This guy knows his stuff and makes one hell of an ice cream or a Italian ice the man knows his stuff and will have your tastebuds in heaven.

This place is awful. Unfortunately they don't have many flavors, everything is made with a bit of milk and lots of syrup for flavor. Expensive and definitely would not recommend.

Nice staff and experience getting the order, however the ice cream itself was disappointing to my previous experiences. There used to be coconut cream as an option for the base and now it is just almond milk which is not close as far as thickness level and creamy texture. Not sure if supplies were low but the amount of flavoring put into the ice cream was super little. Only two pumps mint and one pump toasted coconut. The review is harsh but it's because I used to come here all the time and now it seems as though profit margins is what they are worried about and not customer satisfaction.

Came to grab a late night snack and was turned away at 10pm, when their hours clearly show 11pm online and on their door. Asked the employees, why they wouldn't serve us and they said "oh our boss hasn't changed the google or the door stickers" but yet two people were there eating in the dining area and a couple had just finished ordering their desserts. Not happy at all and will not be returning to that location. Even if the hour change is the truth, the employees were rude teenagers, whose attitudes made the situation worse and encouraged me to write this review.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious. The experience of watching them name ice cream from a liquid using nitrogen was fun. It was an enjoyable family outing!

We tried this place out the other night because it’s close to our house. I’m sorry to say that I can’t recommend it. The girls who were working were not very helpful or friendly when we asked questions about how to order. The type of ice cream is very different than other places, so we needed a little guidance. I think one of us had something that was a little past it’s expiration date. I think they could be a really good place but they have some work to do to get there. We probably should have complained but it just didn’t seem worth the effort and I didn’t want to hurt the young ladies feelings.
