I’ve been sitting here watching a single employee make mobile orders for 13 minutes. Haven’t been acknowledged once. Is this purgatory?

The lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. She did an amazing job making our sandwiches and was very patient. We had a very large order and I felt so bad that she was all on her own working there! It was later evening and she said she had been alone since 2:00 pm that day!
As I was waiting for my sandwiches, more people came in and were waiting while computers were beeping and she was getting all my sandwiches made, other sandwiches out of the oven and people were there waiting for their pickup orders.
Could management please send her more help? Could another be hired to help this kind, overworked lady?
Vanessa ignored me and was extremely rude the entire time AND did NOT make my sandwich well it was sloppy and unprofessional, DO BETTER

Refused to put more than 2 pieces of bacon on a BLT and then tried to charge me $3.30 for two more pieces. Didn't give me the extra meat I ordered, and charged me for a Footlong when I ordered a 6 inch.
This may be mostly due to having an employee that couldn't figure out how to use the computer or make the sandwiches. I get it's customizable, and I appreciate that, but I shouldn't have to hold the employee's hand through making a sandwich. Find a different subway. They're great.

I passed by multiple Subway options along my drive and we decided to stop at the one closest to home. I'm so glad we did! Kiona was absolutely fantastic. I haven't experienced such beyond phenomenal customer service before. She was sweet, kind, funny, and really knew how to make a sandwich. I never had my subway taste so good before. It was like I could taste the love and care put into each bite. She even made sure to separate my boyfriend's chicken sandwich apart from my veggie sandwich and changed her gloves after finishing his and starting mine. Small things like that are super appreciated and I didn't have to mention a thing, she knows what she's doing! I really hope that she gets a raise, bonus, appreciation reward, or a promotion. She's a superstar and deserves so much, I can only hope they're treating her as well as she treats others. I wanted to write this as genuinely as I can because it's not often that I get delicious, well prepared food with such amazing service and it's extremely rare to find someone like Kiona.

I went here for dinner, i had 5 sandwich i need to get and the employee that was there it was only one did his best with what he had, he also didnt have any food prepped because he had no one to help him. I really appreciate him even if he was stressed because of being by his self. This restaurant should have more then one person working at a time. Because if he got hurt no one was there to help him. Management need to schedule more people at a time.

I ordered online, pick up said 6. I ordered around 5:45, got to the restaurant at 6. It wasn’t ready, the employee didn’t even realize he had TWO orders just sitting on the printer. Said he didn’t realize, there weren’t any other customers in the building. To top it off, the subs I got were cold when I got them toasted. It seems like the guy did not know what he was doing. Severely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Genuinely the worst Subway I’ve been to. I went last week on Friday to get some subs, and my husband and I were completely ignored for over 10 minutes when we decided to leave because the worker was more focused on making a mobile order than helping the customers in line. Figured it was a one off, so my husband and I went again today. Once again, we were ignored for a while and then had to continuously repeat ourselves to the employee. I’m assuming he was probably the same employee from another review that was maybe high because it was quite the experience with him. Besides rude employees, the place is not the cleanest so I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re wanting Subway!

Horrible customer service, we waiting five minutes to have our order taken. The place was dirty, there wasn't any lids. And there were no customers except us so there no excuse for it to be that way.
