I went here for dinner, i had 5 sandwich i need to get and the employee that was there it was only one did his best with what he had, he also didnt have any food prepped because he had no one to help him. I really appreciate him even if he was stressed because of being by his self. This restaurant should have more then one person working at a time. Because if he got hurt no one was there to help him. Management need to schedule more people at a time.

I ordered online, pick up said 6. I ordered around 5:45, got to the restaurant at 6. It wasn’t ready, the employee didn’t even realize he had TWO orders just sitting on the printer. Said he didn’t realize, there weren’t any other customers in the building. To top it off, the subs I got were cold when I got them toasted. It seems like the guy did not know what he was doing. Severely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Genuinely the worst Subway I’ve been to. I went last week on Friday to get some subs, and my husband and I were completely ignored for over 10 minutes when we decided to leave because the worker was more focused on making a mobile order than helping the customers in line. Figured it was a one off, so my husband and I went again today. Once again, we were ignored for a while and then had to continuously repeat ourselves to the employee. I’m assuming he was probably the same employee from another review that was maybe high because it was quite the experience with him. Besides rude employees, the place is not the cleanest so I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re wanting Subway!

Wonderful experience with the woman working today. She was super friendly and kind. She did a great job with our orders - definitely returning here next time I'm in the area, hopefully she's there again.

Horrible customer service, we waiting five minutes to have our order taken. The place was dirty, there wasn't any lids. And there were no customers except us so there no excuse for it to be that way.

Most rudest lady I asked for Italian herb and cheese my mother heard me and she gave me Italian she told me I needed to be more specific when she takes my order she has the most disgusting attitude ever
Come here if you want to wait an hour for your food and so they can forget everything in your order. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Didn't get what I ordered because the guy behind the counter wasn't listening at all... pretty sure he was high. It was the weirdest experience... i almost left it at the register and walked out... but I'd spent so much time there, and the sandwich made was obviously edible regardless it wasn't what I'd asked for (and i was the only one there)

I placed an online order on my lunch break to be ready at 1:40pm. When I went to go pick it up at 1:42pm, the lady said that I did not have an order and was questioning me, in not a very friendly manner, if I placed the order to the right store and saying it probably didn’t go through on my card. I showed her my confirmation that it was this store and that it did indeed go through on my card. She had said someone came in and took my order saying they were me, she said this has happened many times at this store. The worker I had been speaking to made me a new sandwich free of charge, which I really appreciated. But she was not very welcoming or friendly. But I do think they need to do a better job making sure the online orders go to the right people.
