I placed an online order on my lunch break to be ready at 1:40pm. When I went to go pick it up at 1:42pm, the lady said that I did not have an order and was questioning me, in not a very friendly manner, if I placed the order to the right store and saying it probably didn’t go through on my card. I showed her my confirmation that it was this store and that it did indeed go through on my card. She had said someone came in and took my order saying they were me, she said this has happened many times at this store. The worker I had been speaking to made me a new sandwich free of charge, which I really appreciated. But she was not very welcoming or friendly. But I do think they need to do a better job making sure the online orders go to the right people.

The young man working on this day around 5pm was such a delight. Amazing customer service, gave me info without making me feel dumb and the place was clean and food was great. The young man working was top notch customer service. We will always go out of our way for this location.

Rude staff. My husband and I are on a low budget but were traveling through Utah as a special occasion. We had a coupon to use at this location which my husband was holding the entire time while ordering. When he got to the counter, he showed the coupon and the worker told him he could redeem it. Then they both realized he had been charged the full amount. Instead of fixing it, the manager came to the counter and said we would just have to use the coupon next time.
We are traveling through. We already hit the redeem button, so we can’t use it again anyway. Plus we didn’t even get the receipt. I’m upset and very disappointed in how this was resolved.

I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. Worst employees ever! Disrespectful and unprofessional. During our visit this evening, they charged me for something we didn’t order but I decided not to argue, among other things. Save yourself the headache and find a different Subway location or restaurant.

Got the rotisserie chicken wrap and ended up with food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day due to traveling so it’s an obvious where it came from. Ruined subway for a long time for me, I was miserable. The employees were lost when ordering as well. Do not recommend this location.

Every time I visit this location I regret it. Staff is unprofessional, either talking on the phone while making your order or cussing every other word while talking amongst each other. Last time I visited, they accused customers of stealing their tip money while openly talking about how customers suck a tipping… in front of customers waiting to put in their order. That’s the last time I’ll ever go back.

Went in to pick up my online order with my husband. And the worker was so nice to express her displeasure with how I ordered my sandwich. Not only once, not only twice. But the whole time we were there waiting for her to finish up. That’s all she talked about, she say “ew and that my order was gross”. First of all everyone orders their food differently. She was totally out of line embarrassing me in front of another person in the restaurant. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and just wanted my food and to go home after a long day. I felt like I had to use my pregnancy as an excuse for how I ordered my food. Totally unprofessional and super embarrassing that she felt she needed to do and say what she did. Someone could be having a really hard time and doesn’t need anything extra. I will make sure this gets to a supervisor.

Oh and the best part was her running out of pickles at the counter. And instead of just running back and grabbing more. She took a cookie bag to the back and filled it with pickles and put it in our bag. A big f you especially after making me the end of a joke our entire experience.
