Cannot mobile order because every time the sandwich is missing something. Mayo today last time it was pickles etc. It cannot be that hard to read a receipt. Not to mention they heavily skimped out on the rest of the ingredients as well. Ordered extra pickle and got barely any

If I could put a 0 star for service I would. The whole point of subway is that you get the sandwich however you want it. I only got olives and spinach for my veggies and I asked for a lot of olives and she said I can’t do that. I told her that I don’t want anything else besides the olives and spinach and she put like 3 more slices of olives. She was rude and every subway I’ve ever been to happily gives me as much olives as I want. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I will not recommend to anyone. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this problem with different members of my family and now I’m done

Man, this guy was new, and I get that, but he acted like the sandwich toppings were coming out of his paycheck. 2 cucumber slices, 3 pickles, 4 olives, and enough mayo for a small family. I should have said something but the other people working already seemed annoyed at the guy. It was a bummer but they have Jalapeño bread and that's cool. I hope they help the guy make good sandwiches because the place was nice and clean.
Today my children went to buy subway and my children are American, but they grew up in Mexico so they speak Spanish and the person who served them heard them speaking Spanish and behaved very racist. The hatred towards us who speak more than two languages is incredible.

Whoever works Tuesdays, white male, long hair in a bun, fuzzy beard was super rude to me and drenched my sandwich in mayo when I asked to try it.

Showed up at 8:10am on Saturday. Door and website say open at 8am. Dude had no interest in coming to the door till I knocked. No apology that they aren’t open just an excuse and maybe they will be ready in 20-30 min. I know stuff happens but this is not ok. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be very pleased.

Lynn was amazing and kind but Cynthia was the worst! Lynn was single handedly making 4 sandwiches while Cynthia was in the back on her phone. When Lynn asked for help, Cynthia yelled, “give me two seconds!!” And proceeded to text for another 3 minutes. The food is okay but the horrible service made the experience so bad.

me and my husband went into subway an hour before they close and some girl that worked friday night (closing staff) 4/11/2025 made us feel terrible for being there like we were some type of inconvenience. She was complaining the whole time we were there about being at work. she made it VERY obvious that she did not want to make our sandwich’s. She was cussing and throwing things around. i was incredibly disappointed in way she treated us and i hope you guys can find better staff.

So I love chicken bacon ranch sub but with grilled chicken. I got to the subway by Ridley’s and get this about 2x a month sometimes more. I have even gotten it at this location but it’s been a few months. Today I walked in and asked for it and an employee told me you can’t do that any more. I asked since when. He said a while. So I stewed a bit and waited and asked the other employee if both subways were owned and under same management. She said yes. Okay, so tell me why the other location allows it. She said well they aren’t supposed to. I said the manager makes my sandwich almost every time. She again said they aren’t allowed. She said she was the manager there and knew so okay. So I got home and called the other subway and explained everything. They said they are DEFINITELY allowed. So I asked her too if they were own by the same and she also said yes. So tell me why this location can’t swap the chicken? I don’t care if I had to pay more. Our family will NOT be back at these locations and support these subways. Sorry.

Doing two stars for the employee with pink hair that was very sweet and made our order however her colleague Cinthia has a horrible attitude and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it. When she rang us up she didn’t let us use the coupon we had because one sand which wasn’t eligible and said they should of told us that at the start not a big deal to just let us use the coupon that was the only reason we went in. I didn’t even feel like arguing with her because it wasn’t worth it but if you’re going to have a terrible attitude maybe working customer service isn’t for you !
