Doing two stars for the employee with pink hair that was very sweet and made our order however her colleague Cinthia has a horrible attitude and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it. When she rang us up she didn’t let us use the coupon we had because one sand which wasn’t eligible and said they should of told us that at the start not a big deal to just let us use the coupon that was the only reason we went in. I didn’t even feel like arguing with her because it wasn’t worth it but if you’re going to have a terrible attitude maybe working customer service isn’t for you !

If there were zero stars I would say that. Employee had no clue what he was doing. They looked like new employees that had no other management there to help them. Sandwiches were made very sloppy ,marinara all over his hands
Yet continued to make other sandwiches getting sauce everywhere. Used to love this store not going back.

I ordered food from here last night for my sister and I, and we got food poisoning. The nail salon next to it makes the food taste gross, and we didn’t even finish our food. Don’t eat here.

Employee with the brown curly hair was an absolute jerk. We went to order, I asked for wheat bread, he immediately snapped at me saying they didn’t have it. My husband asked for the ghost pepper bread. He stared at him for a while before saying “are you sure? Those are all too hard. Like rock hard.” Apparently the only bread option was a singular 6” white bread. So we left. Even in ordering bread the employee was rude and unhelpful. Why go to a subway if they don’t even have bread?

Rarely does a visit to pick up sandwiches after a long day at work inspire me to rave about a food chain and it's employees, but tonight is the exception. There was a small problem with my call in order, and Lynn immediately addressed my concern and went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, smiled the whole way through, and made my day a little brighter. She was in charge of the store and knew what it took to, not only fix my order, but make me want to shop at this store twice as much as I have been....I live a block from the store. She managed her small team well and I could tell they all liked working together. Lynn acted like an owner. She took ownership of the problem, her team, and store. Whoever owns this shop is lucky to have Lynn as your manager. People like her are a rare find in a fast food world awash in mediocre employees and lack luster service. Thank you for hiring such a friendly ray of sunshine. Promote her. If you don't, someone else will. Thanks for the great food served with a happy heart. Appreciated!

Whispering Willows

I like subway's food and customer service at pretty much ANY other location. This was my first time going to this one and it was horrible. There was this older woman with short blonde/white hair that was making my sandwich and she did pretty much whatever she could before making it. There was a guy who came in after me and she started making his sandwich over mine. I had to leave quickly and was really upset because I ended up being late. Never going back to this one.

This is one of the best subways I've ever been to. Whether the manager is there or not they are always very friendly. The food is always well made inconsistent. They ran out of diet Coke when I was there and within 30 seconds they had the diet Coke replenished.

Terribly run. Certainly not the fault of the young men working there, but worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain.
Ordered online for pickup at 745 PM. Order showed ready online so I went to pick it up. Not only was my order not ready, but they didn't have any bread except for whole wheat and they said it'd be about 20 minutes for the bread to bake. Ok... some communication would of been nice but stuff happens, so I just ask for a refund instead. The two young men said their manager told them not to give any refunds... which is absurd, if you can't give refunds in a situation that is clearly your fault, what other corners are being cut for cost savings?
I said ok and told them I'd be back in 20 minutes. Went home to get my son out of his football gear and it ended up taking me about 35 minutes to get back.
They welcome me back and say the bread just finished, but requires 12 minutes to cool. So it's still not ready and they need another 15 minutes.
I again ask for a refund. So one of the kids calls his manager, and they have a very brief conversation. After the kid hangs up the phone he just says "sorry, the manager said we cant do it tonight, but we can take your name and call you on Monday.
Opening a subway franchise in 2023 is questionable enough, adding questionable service/experience on top of that all but guarantees failure.

I was waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes and after 25 minutes they told me that they didn't have the specific bread I had ordered. It's in very bad taste to see me there for a long time and not tell me anything to change the bread
