Vegies were rotten and old, they short on meat and are not friendly at all. I will not be going back to this locations for now on. I think it was even the manager who made my sandwich. What a disappointment. Its crazy how much each location can vary so much.

Love Subway… was not disappointed, wonderful friendly staff to make my sandwich to perfection. Great meats and fresh veggies. Clean store. Easy access to get to store, with plenty of good parking.

The bar is already low for subway but this location found a way to go lower. Had a order placed online at 7 pm which told me 20 minutes. I show up and it isn't even started after the 20 minute wait. Not to mention it seems to only have one worker making it super slow with anyone being inside. Needs some changes if they want to be a better location.

The women working here had the worst attitudes. We were the only ones in there and they acted like we were the biggest inconvenience. Great job.😟

I just rode my bike here, stood and waited as the clerk and a customer argued over a $3 discrepancy for a total of 18 minutes. I watched 3 parties of people come and go. I patiently waited until the dispute was settled to place my order for their seven dollar combo they’re running and have advertised all over their building. I was told they are out of meatballs and can’t make the sandwich so I asked her if she would substitute it for something else given I just spent 20 minutes waiting in line. Using a Google translator on her phone she told me that she couldn’t substitute the sandwich. I might be being petty but I I think management should look into how they handle situations here.

I went there before closing about 30 minutes before and they declined me service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to decline service when a restaurant is still open. If you want to close the store just lock the doors and turn off the open sign it’s that easy. I will not be going there again. Jimmy John’s will be my new destination.
I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter, we’ll call her J. She said when she pulled up everything looked normal, there was en employee inside and all the lights are on including the open sign. When J reached the entrance she even noticed a sign on the doors about new hours. She then grabbed the door handle to go inside and it was locked. J said at first she thought maybe it was just a mistake and they accidentally locked the door. When she looked inside she saw a female employee mopping and tried to get her attention by knocking on and rattling the door but the employee just ignored her. J said I finally just stood there for at least five minutes waiting for the employee to acknowledge her. The employee finally looked up and stared daggers at my daughter. J said the employee then started tapping her wrist as if there was a watch insinuating it was too late. My daughter then double checked and pointed at the sign on the store entrance that listed 9 PM as closing time. When she tried to get the employee’s attention again they went back to just ignoring her. So she went back to her car and left.
J told me she it had already been difficult day and that experience just made worse, she said once she got back in her car she just wanted to cry. She then drove o to a different subway in Taylorsville that apparently treated her very well.
When she told me about that experience, I was just dumbfounded! Then I thought if they’re willing to do something like that to her I could only imagine what other customers have gone through. So I started reading reviews and they did not disappoint, terrible customer service and terrible food has become this stores specialty. Apparently they accomplish by employing staff with little to no training, bad Customer Service skills with leadership that is either clueless or too lazy to care.

Best place was so disgusting. We couldn’t even eat our sandwiches that’s how nasty they were. When I tried to call back to complain or get our money back because we didn’t want no food out of there. I should’ve followed my first instinct and turned around and walked out. It was disgusting. The atmosphere was nasty. It was dirty. Most of the vegetables were frozen.
They were so busy talking in Spanish and I am Mexican and I understand them and I am fluent.
One of the girls were sick and kept wiping her nose with her hands and her sweatshirt. There were two girls that night. I knew I should’ve turned around and walked out with my husband. I can’t even express to you how nasty this place is and don’t come here. We took one bite of our sandwiches and literally gave me the runs the next day from one bite. Also, I don’t even know if she charged me the correct amount because she refused to give me my receipt and that’s fraud.

Walked in and the lady didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Stood there for 5-10 min while she made one sandwich. Walked out, still said nothing as I was leaving lol. First and last time I’ll goto this location.

They have been forcing the staff to work without Air Conditioning for at least 14 days so far. The staff is miserable and dripping sweat into the food sa they are making the sandwiches. Its over 95 degrees inside the store. Possible food issues with related heat issues. Don't trust the meat

Store filthy. Open food sitting in back room exposed. Had the meat and cheese lids up so exposed to the air. AC broken so stagnant air. Front door open so flys coming in. Overall disgusting. I ordered the tuna and threw it in the garbage. Store needs to be inspected. The guy working the line using foul language. This was at 6pm August 14, 2024
